Hapana has provided a great platform from which we can now scale our operations. The support team has been first class and super responsive.
To add on to this, the customer service, or lack of, made this problem even larger.
Ample support, an amazing app for clients, great backend. I've used multiple platforms for running our business (MindBody & Zingfit) and Hapana is by far the best overall.
It unfortunately ended poorly on all accounts.

The user friendly app is great and there is great support. Sensitive content hidden] has been really great at helping me with any questions I have and really helped me understand how to use Hapana.
The one con I find a little frustrating is when searching for a customer you must have the exact details - it doesn't auto suggest from just a few letters.
The reports and statistics are very comprehensive and whenever we have had any queries the customer service has been outstanding with fast responses and resolutions.
The only complaint would be that during the trial we could only send 100 emails, which actually is understandable.
Each student has access to their own information which they can update health changes so instructors are aware of any changes. Support help and guidance from culture has been outstanding.
The app itself has fairly limited options, particularly when customising events and selecting attendees etc.
Since we started using Coacha the system has been upgraded so many time with fantastic new features. The customer service is fantastic and we wouldn't be without the system.
With some staff being less knowledgeable with technology we don't want staff to make changes by mistake.
