Hapana vs Class Manager: Which is a better fit?

Hapana has provided a great platform from which we can now scale our operations. The support team has been first class and super responsive.

To add on to this, the customer service, or lack of, made this problem even larger.

Ample support, an amazing app for clients, great backend. I've used multiple platforms for running our business (MindBody & Zingfit) and Hapana is by far the best overall.

It unfortunately ended poorly on all accounts.

The support is also outstanding, all local and and email/phone call away. One of the best business decisions we have made.

If I was able to give a negative score for Hapana, as an overall assessment of this software, as well as the company, I would.

The user friendly app is great and there is great support. Sensitive content hidden] has been really great at helping me with any questions I have and really helped me understand how to use Hapana.

The one con I find a little frustrating is when searching for a customer you must have the exact details - it doesn't auto suggest from just a few letters.

One of the best things about Class Manager is the customer service, which I think is outstanding. There are several ways you can contact them to ask a question and I always receive a speedy reply.

I was unsure if I would use it at first, but I can’t tell you how many times I’ve thought to myself “why didn’t I do this sooner. I was wasting so much time before.

It is easy to use and if you have any questions the team are more than happy to help. My parents love the ease of paying online and having no paper copies - so all in all I would 100% recommend.

The pain of creating invoices and registers has gone.

All the info there at our fingertips, great reporting feature. Awesome technical help always at the ready.

No download able app with push notifications for bulletins etc. All done of weblinks which is increasing difficult to get parents to use and check regular.

Couldn’t run my business without class manager and what’s more my customers love it which is super important for me.

Some of the features are difficult to get your head around at first.
