PDCflow vs Afterpay: Which is a better fit?

The interface with our collection software makes the product great and a wonderful addition to our software. Their new web portal is easy to use.

Also, it has been a challenge when transactions fail and we have to re-process the payment.

I am very satisfied in the support I was given by her and she reminded me how good of a decision it was to integrate our software with your company. Thank you so much for the assistance.

Con: The exception report skips days and we miss batches until they're actually deposited, then we can go find them. This has been a persistent problem for months that we can't seem to get fixed.

I am extremely pleased with the excellent customer service we receive time and time again from PDCflow. Very professional and friendly.

When an account is set up in recurring and a payment is missed or declined, it does not automatically add that amount back on to the account.

The staff have been awesome to work with, easy to communicate needs, they are more proactive in solutions.

My only problem is the price. We don't use the program that much, probably only twice a month.

Loved that they have built such a great community of users who trust them for their daily ecommerce shopping.

The only thing I dislike about Afterpay is the limitations it has on where you can use their service. You’re not able to use them everywhere, only for verified companies.

I like all the information is clearly stated. Customers appreciated the ease of understanding when payment is due and all the terms along with it.

I dislike when the robots come to my site everyday to make sure afterpay is working.

AfterPay provides great resources for e-commerce companies to help market and successful promote this feature.

When we have a return / exchange / cancelation - it's just not as straightforward as when they pay a traditional way.

Easy to integrate, payments works great, very nice BNPL option to our ecommerce customers, do receive some traffic from their community website.

Fees could be a bit lower in comparison with other processing companies but for what you get it is not something that would stop us from using the platform.
