What I liked most about this application is the ease of use. I also like how it keeps secure information very well.
It wasn't until I spoke with a supervisor who admitted to killing the PHP and mentioned that we could have done it ourselves. However, due to cloud hosting restrictions, we lacked access.
Sitelock was instrumental in helping us protect our commercial website. His customer service was quick and friendly.
So I am forced to agree to another 12 months illegally breaking their term of service with me.
Site Lock is very useful, an excellent tool to protect against cyber threats.
This is the worst company I have ever done business with. They crashed our email for 2 weeks, and claimed it wasn't our fault, then eventually realized they didn't set the records correctly.
Sitelock was a good idea at the start as my website was hacked with malware installed on my hosting account, they were able to scan it and ensure that "all" the malware was removed.
The only other option, short of cancelling the card I had on file with them, was to cancel their service 10 months early and not receive the full year's service I paid for.
Fantastic product, Amazing customer support - the response time & the level of knowledge provided is top class. Constantly evolving to keep up with changes in the web application security landscape.
I don't see any cons except for one false positive. Beagle found a directory traversal vulnerability during the first scan, but this vulnerability was closed on my website.
The product is very easy to setup, has a great interface, and the report is very professional looking. The included uptime monitoring (1 minute increments) is a nice bonus.
I would plan on doing tests after hours in case a test causes a hiccup. We had one DigitalOcean $5/month web server that we had to restart because a pentest caused it to cry.
I would say that it is the best web application security tool currently available on the market. It is backed by a great team.
Zapier integration is missing, but it's planned as per the roadmap.
I love this app because it always helps me to identify website vulnerabilities before my competition does.
Currently, it's not possible to test single vulnerabilities, but they said they will soon.
