It's unreal how good the product is, how helpful and responsive the customer success team is and the user community is in the highest echelon of how user communities should be built and maintained.

The first thing that usually frustrates me is that, sometimes, bugs or small errors are generated. They are solved very easily refreshing the page, but can be tiresome.

I was never really able to get the files I stored in the cloud to sync in my local computer drive, so I lost quite a bit of files. I found Hightail more pricier than it needs to be.

This was my go to for high res files and large content to send to outside partners. I no longer use it because IT has proposed a new site.
Lauren C.: Okay, the name is Lauren. My title is Orenda. And my company size, there's two in the company. On a one to five, I'd give Hightail a four. Gosh. Well, I mean, so I used it when it was called YouSendIt, which I thought was a much better name than Hightail, by the way. But I mean, I've been using it for at least 10 years, so I honestly don't remember... I guess there were different FTP software programs, but I honestly don't remember what they were. It's cost-effective. I think it costs like $99 a year for unlimited use. It's very easy to use. You just drag and drop. I've never had any technical issues with it and it allows you to.... It's simple, and that's what I like about it, that you just basically can choose from about five different preferences and that's it. It was easy. Yeah. You just log in and pay your annual fee. In fact, I probably used the free version a few times initially. And it was so easy to use, I said, "This is something great" because I send a lot of big files. It's really a great tool for sending large files. It's easy to use. It's cost-effective. It's something you can reuse over and over again. It stores some of the files, so that's great. Anyone who needs to send a big file, I would highly recommend it. And I have done so.
