I have used both the free and paid versions, Paid is a great value if you want to schedule more than 10 posts at a time. The customer service has always been super helpful and quick.

Software has always had issues with it as each "upgrade" can result in loss of features. I hesitate to upgrade because of this.

The starter package is affordable and the returns on investing in Buffer are huge in terms of time saved, improved reporting and improved social media content.

Sometime it stuck on the time of low connectivity or might be some system error. So due to this the post has been stopped and it didn't post on social channels.

From posting to scheduling all the tasks,it made everything very easy. And the super best part:- it generates good results and even my other developer friends are satisfied with the result.

A good tool depending on which features you're looking for, and what price point you're comfortable with. We didn't love the limit on the number of posts for each membership level.

I used to this for quite a long time, but decided not to continue it as my client is changing her monthly content. The pricing structure is a bit confusing.

I tried all of the major social media manager apps before finally finding Pallyy. It is the easy winner with a sleek user-friendly interface, excellent customer service and powerful scheduling tools.

Some malfunctions, due to being a newer software. Sometimes access is blocked or won't load, issues with publishing and error messaging restricting things from running as smoothly as possible.

Their customer service is second to none, quick to reply, and always have a solution or fix when you need it. The overall set up is super user friendly, and is a pleasure to use.

Also, I could not figure out how to not post to one of the platforms there were a couple times I had no video for tiktok and I had to start over another frustrating moment.

Easy to use and access, it's a great platform. SENSITIVE CONTENT] is super responsive with any issues and quick to assist.

I am missing the german translation and possibility to generate captions in other languages via AI.

I love that Pallyy has multiple platforms, multiple modes of posting, ease to managing the look and feel of content as a whole. It's been very user friendly and intelligently designed from the get-go.

I'm still struggling with GMB videos, and I may not use Reels until we can put stickers and words in, as they're so important to our audience.
