The user profile backup is a little misleading, since one of the major subfolders of a profile must be selected - i.e - Documents, Desktop, Downloads.
It is a simple platform, easy to use and has very good integrations, and what stands out most is its excellent support.

After the images are retrieved, another job checks the log files to detect error messages. If an error is detected, I receive an email to announce the problem.

Email notification is not sent if the job fails for any reason. Verification of backup storage doesn't always detect underlying issues.
I appreciate that there is a free version of XSIBackup, that it does hot VM backups. I found the product easy to install and customizable.
It's not easy to install and configure and we had some strange issues with verification.
