This software definitely seemed like a wonderful fit for Jenda based on software capability and the cost. Working with ClientTrax has been a wonderful experience.

Initially the lack of a standard printed or online training manual was a concern.

When I think about the development that has occurred since we began, I am amazed. What I enjoy most about the software is that it is easy to use and makes logical sense.
They spent many hours to tailor the program to meet our needs. Licensing is able to log on and see what they need, which has cut down on paperwork when they do their yearly audit.
This is amazing and has so much potential. It has already significantly improved our productivity and I'm sure it will continue to improve overall.
A few features were more difficult to utilize on phone.
Notehouse is perfect for our needs - especially love the “important dates” and “at a glance” features, as well as how easy it is to customize.
There is no feature to put what company the person is with - only names. The search feature is only able to sort based on first and last name or tags.
It is absolutely worth the money spent. The staff members are wonderful, respond quickly, and are receptive to feedback that will help them improve their product.
I can't speak to what might be missing because I just started using the service. Maybe in time I can provide more of a concrete feedback.
I loved the ease of use and the simplicity of the product. I have tested out other case management software and it has more features then I needed— which got in the way of my work.
It is sorted by date added with no other sorting options. For example, by alphabetical order or by most recent data.
