It has improved our data processing times on the backend, and customer service from Wildnote has been fantastic. I'd highly recommend Wildnote to other professionals in my field.
User error is a little high with data sometimes being lost with syncing at inopportune times or users not syncing often enough. Admin syncs take a long time if we have multiple projects.
The ability to document and report data with easy and efficiency. The team at Wildnote is very responsive and helpful in helping me understand how to setup and use the software.
I don't like the fact that occasionally it crashes. One report refused to sync and caused Wildnote to crash whenever I tried.
The ease with which the resulting reports can be printed, shared, and integrated into larger deliverables streamlines our workflow and improves on our reporting capabilities.
Can be confusing, especially as administrator trying to edit forms.
I like that the pictures are saved from each report and are easy to find. That helps out when we have to give presentations, we can easily go back to photos instead of searching through reports.

SiteDocs team is always supportive and we can reach them and get help immediately. We are very satisfied with SiteDocs, and we highly recommend other companies to use this software.
The only downside I have found is assigning locations to employees.
Overall, this has been an amazing software to use. Customer service is second to none, and the software's ability to be customized for our needs has been worth every penny.
I don't like that i have to enter start date when i enter a new job. Basically i have to wait until i know the start date before I enter the job which is a bit inconvenient.
My overall experience has been very good. They have been consistently responsive when I have had a question or concern.
Sycning phones so I as the admin get the forms on time seems to sometimes be a problem.
The customer service has been excellent, as they have worked directly with our IT Dept and myself as an administrative user. This program has shaved multiple hours off my schedule with great accuracy.
With guys that are technically challenged it makes it a little difficult for them to learn.

For all of our employees it was very simple and easy to teach. Plus, the form building is very... Getting started with SiteDocs was great. They helped to build our first sets of forms and walked us through a tremendous amount of form building, and made life a lot easier for us and my assistant. I would highly recommend SiteDocs for anyone that has any sort of company, more than 20 employees for sure, for ease of form building plus enhancements, plus double-checking guys to ensure HAEs are completed.
