Sage Network vs TPS Cloud Axis: Which is a better fit?

I can't say enough about how wonderful their staff is to work with. Needless to say I am very pleased with the product and service.

I do not we have been charged for some training, which I do not agree with because there have been so many issues with your system.

I love the communications history - when we had to replace our collections person it was great to be able to retain all the history of her work.

Setting up automated features requires multiple steps and can be confusing.

After implementing Anytime Collect, emails are sent automatically and customers can see their overdue invoices. Our Average days outstanding is down to 45 days and our cash flow is much improved.

Before implementing the software program, talk to the people that are going to be using it. I cannot rate the value of the product because I have no idea what it cost.

This product is the biggest and best and should absolutely be considered for any AR collection effort functionality. Just make sure to have honest dialogue on needs and price before committing.

Also, on the new system, the email block is not long enough.

I mostly enjoy the helpful videos as we learn to use this new software. I also appreciate the kind customer service I have received when sending in tickets for assistance.

The report names are confusing because they are all so similar. I have a hard time getting the reports I want, so just use a few that I understand.

This is very helpful in invoicing and making sure jobs are profitable and is also a good training tool for employees and time management.

Practice management - find it too complex and sometimes confusing. We tried and not using it a the moment.

Great conversion process from the server based product. TPS support is outstanding.

Adding new clients - the process always feel awkward, and takes just a few more clicks than it should need to. Looking up history is clumsy at times.

Integration has been very smooth, easy for staff adapt to, imbedded tutorial videos very helpful. Overall we have been very pleased with the variety of components and logical flow of TPS Cloud.

Sometimes it might be hard to delete or edit an entry if someone is working on it.
