Whether you are a small business or an enterprise, Kintone's customizability and scalability can fit your business needs. Over 30,000 companies use Kintone, and 1000+ apps are deployed daily.
For organizations looking to build scalable, flexible apps with powerful governance and administration.
This software is great for all uses at our manufacturing facility, from daily shipping audits to hourly quality checks. It is user friendly across all devices which is a big help.
One use case that is a bit disappointing is the need to pay for additional guest accounts.
It scales down to our needs. It is easy to use and set up and technical support so far has been fantastic - both friendly and very helpful.
At the moment - I really can't think of anything I dislike about the software.
Kintone is very impressive tool for handling multiple projects with it's rich features like task management, progress tracking, reporting, etc. It's very easy to use and offers great UI for all users.
Only criticism I have is that I wish, as a Partner, I had more access to some actual apps.
Analyst in the utility industry, I was impressed with the ease of use of the Kintone product and the ability to come up to speed to develop a useful program.
There is no calendar that can be used to show appointments, case dates, deadlines. Other than that, it does everything else.
We love Airtable's outstanding automation and linking features. Automating repetitive tasks and connecting our data to other platforms has been a breeze, saving us a lot of manual work.
The only problem I have with this software is the terrible iOS applications. If I want to use it on my iPad I do no use the app but rather the web browser due to the lack of functionality.
I literally try to replace as many tools as I can with Airtable because it is so flexible. Using it as the core for client and customer reports is fun and feels like a stable solution.
It's usability is inhibited by the lack of design features. There is no way to upload your own icon for the bases.
This platform is amazing. I love how it combines the flexibility of a spreadsheet interface with great features like file attachments, kanban-style card stacks, calendars, and reporting functions.
Horrid frustrating disapointed in most everything.
Awesome, just awesome everything about the product is awesome, from the price to deployment to use.
The UI is still slightly complicated, and I had a lot of trouble finding documentation on linked fields.
Tara J.: My name is Tara, and I'm a homeless services provider in [inaudible 00:00:05], and I would rate Kintone at a five out of five. Before we were using Kintone, we were using Microsoft database. And it wasn't working because mostly none of us knew how to change anything, so we could enter information. But if we needed to modify the data we were collecting, we were kind of out of luck, so Kintone provided an amazing solution for us. Well, initially we were connected with a local gentleman who was kind of new working for Kintone as a nonprofit sales coordinator. And when he shared with us about kin tone, we weren't sure that we were really interested in changing away from what we had, because we felt comfortable with it, even though none of us could really use it. But in seeing a brief demo, we were sold on how easy it was to navigate, so we didn't really pursue any other options; we just knew that Kintone looked like it would be a great resource for us. It was super easy to get started with Kintone. At first, we were a little intimidated because the program, I should say, is really, really powerful. And we were like, "Wow, are we sure that we need all of this?" But it was significantly easier than using the Microsoft product that we'd been using previously. So once we kind of jumped in and figured our way out a little bit, we were in love. And now, most of us can pretty much use the software and create apps on our own. I totally recommend anyone reach out to Kintone and ask for information from them. Their customer service is amazing, they're a really well-run organization. We started out talking with a local nonprofit representative, and he answered all of our questions, and got us started, and then provided us with excellent support through the whole process.
Onome D.: Hello, my name is Onome. I am an artist and facilitator. I am a solopreneur and I give Airtable four out of five stars. Prior to Airtable, I was using Google Drive as my content library, and I find Airtable to be better suited to the job. Well, it just so happened that I was able to receive a template for doing my content management system that made it easier for me to figure out how to organize my content in a fairly straightforward way. It was a bit of a learning curve, even with the template because I mean, there's so many options and so many customizations. So I'd say overall it's a pretty steep learning curve. In my case, having a template made a bit of an easier entry point for me. But even with that entry point, it was a little difficult to understand how to add new columns and customize the database. So I'd say it's a little bit of challenge. I would say that though Airtable has worked just fine for my purposes as a solopreneur, it's better suited to a team of people just because it has so many potential moving parts. And the way in which it is customizable, I think it would be better suited to a team of people, like a group of archivists or a group of social media content managers, that kind of thing. Those teams would be the ones that would best be served by a software like Airtable.
