This software is great for all uses at our manufacturing facility, from daily shipping audits to hourly quality checks. It is user friendly across all devices which is a big help.
One use case that is a bit disappointing is the need to pay for additional guest accounts.
It scales down to our needs. It is easy to use and set up and technical support so far has been fantastic - both friendly and very helpful.
At the moment - I really can't think of anything I dislike about the software.
Kintone is very impressive tool for handling multiple projects with it's rich features like task management, progress tracking, reporting, etc. It's very easy to use and offers great UI for all users.
Only criticism I have is that I wish, as a Partner, I had more access to some actual apps.
Analyst in the utility industry, I was impressed with the ease of use of the Kintone product and the ability to come up to speed to develop a useful program.
There is no calendar that can be used to show appointments, case dates, deadlines. Other than that, it does everything else.
It can be great for documentation because of the comment structure and meta available for each card. It has some nice integrations with other software, too, like Bit Bucket.
I hate the way that they don't have a customer for Linux. I likewise hate that it's an electronic application that you must be online to utilize.
Overall I use it, I recommend it and I strongly believe you get a great deal for its price. Just try Trello and you will love it.
The task management system is bad and when the project gets to an operational phase, the performance of the team suffers.
Trello is extremely intuitive, fast, and beautiful. It has some of the best UI I have ever had the pleasure of using.
The fact that I cannot erased a card it's quite annoying sometimes. In addition to that, the fact that there is no side scroll with the mouse is a bit annoying as well.
I love how easy it was to just start using this software when compared to other more heavyweight alternatives. If you have a use case for just yourself or a team you will love Trello.
It can be exasperating typing a lengthy comment and losing everything because you exited or minimised the app.
Tara J.: My name is Tara, and I'm a homeless services provider in [inaudible 00:00:05], and I would rate Kintone at a five out of five. Before we were using Kintone, we were using Microsoft database. And it wasn't working because mostly none of us knew how to change anything, so we could enter information. But if we needed to modify the data we were collecting, we were kind of out of luck, so Kintone provided an amazing solution for us. Well, initially we were connected with a local gentleman who was kind of new working for Kintone as a nonprofit sales coordinator. And when he shared with us about kin tone, we weren't sure that we were really interested in changing away from what we had, because we felt comfortable with it, even though none of us could really use it. But in seeing a brief demo, we were sold on how easy it was to navigate, so we didn't really pursue any other options; we just knew that Kintone looked like it would be a great resource for us. It was super easy to get started with Kintone. At first, we were a little intimidated because the program, I should say, is really, really powerful. And we were like, "Wow, are we sure that we need all of this?" But it was significantly easier than using the Microsoft product that we'd been using previously. So once we kind of jumped in and figured our way out a little bit, we were in love. And now, most of us can pretty much use the software and create apps on our own. I totally recommend anyone reach out to Kintone and ask for information from them. Their customer service is amazing, they're a really well-run organization. We started out talking with a local nonprofit representative, and he answered all of our questions, and got us started, and then provided us with excellent support through the whole process.
Xavier: Hi, my name is Xavier. I'm the founder of Mixtons, and I would rate Trello a 5 out of 5. So prior to Trello, we were using monday.com, and I found that it was actually too convoluted and too confusing to try and integrate with the team. So Trello, being a simple Kanban, was far easier for our team to understand, and therefore we decided to implement it across the board. We chose Trello, A, because it was free to begin with, which obviously made it much more appealing for us as a team, as a small business. But secondly, just how simple it was. It's probably the simplest of all the platforms. And you do have very simple integrations that you can have. So for us, it just made sense given our size and scale. The biggest perk of Trello is just how simple the whole thing is. A couple of YouTube tutorials can make you easily understand how to set it all up. And given how customizable all the Kanban boards are, you can have different ones for operations, sales, marketing, et cetera. So it was very simple to implement. So the biggest piece of advice I'd have for someone integrating Trello is to make sure that you have each of your pillars of the business set up in different boards, making sure that everything is trackable, but also that if you do have a premium account, which I would recommend, that you utilize the Power-Ups because they can be a little bit hidden, but once you discover them, they're actually very useful.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
