Salesloft was built for the entire revenue organization. SDRs, AEs, Full-Cycle reps, AMs, CS reps, and their managers all have access to features to optimize the complete customer journey.
The ability to mass-send emails as if they were custom emails is fantastic. I recommend this to all my clients.
Those who believe e-mail is dead, try this tool and you will experience it by yourself.
Opportunity to automate highly personalized emails and very many nice features. You think like " it would be great if they have this feature", and then you find out that they actually have it.
It takes hours to setup and if you do not complete every step, your work is lost foreever.
Amazing product and great customer support. We were very hard to deal with, but they gave us great service even during the free trial.
Perhaps the worst support I've ever seen from a paid web service.
This app is great for marketers who have a ton of emails campaign to run at the same time. Save time with automation, use that for productive stuff like responding to your contacts.
CRM Integrations and reports are bit difficult.
Overall I had a great experience, easy to track previous touches with a contact, great dialer, and pretty good with cadences. It even keeps track of the metrics for each cadence.
More bugs than a low budget apartment in a bad neighborhood. Dialer is bad and slow calls frequently do not log- Salesforce integration is bad.
SalesLoft is a very powerful way to reach out to a large amount of contacts in a scalable fashion. The tool itself is pretty simple to use and intuitive - nothing too fancy, which is a good thing.
This software can be hard to use due to lagging and many technical issues. Sometimes it will un-sync its self from my email, run slow, not load, etc.
The software is incredible when it comes to organization. It helps to keep all my records in order and allows me to effectively navigate the most important and pressing records that need attention.
We are so unhappy with their behavior we are switching to Outreach even though Salesloft refuses to release our company from the contract.
What I mostly love about Salesloft is that is really easy to use, and that it helps me target and follow up with more customers giving automated emails a personalized approach.
Also, it's hard to get answers from customer service.
Stefani B.: Hi, my name is Stefani and I am a founder. I give Reply four out of five stars and, for more reviews like this, click down below. In the past, I was using Mailchimp and ActiveCampaign. I was paying for both of these softwares. With Mailchimp, I just found that it wasn't really able to do the anonymous emailing that I needed it to do. And with ActiveCampaign, same thing, and the cost was very high. The reasons that I chose Reply is that they have multiple price points in their pricing matrix, which made it really helpful as a business owner. Second to that, they're using primarily Gmail to run these automated emails that go out. For cold emails, they do not have an email software platform to make newsletters, for example. However, with what they do have to make it black and white text for emails to get to the person that you need them to get to, it works perfectly. It was fairly easy to integrate Reply and train the rest of my staff members to use this platform as well. The only issue is that when you're getting a bounced email applicant, you can't really move them over somewhere else. There's been a few hiccups within the software, which is why I'm giving it a four out of five, not a five out of five, and I've already spoken to them directly about this. In regards to using Reply, I would highly recommend to check out their YouTube videos. They go live quite often, probably once a month. They also have a really great email newsletter where you can learn more about all the different tools that they have within the system. And if you really want, you can also chat directly with a member of their team to really figure out if this is the right program for you. I followed all these steps. I have an email list of 18,000 individuals and Reply has been super helpful.
Wolf: Hey, my name is Wolf. I'm a mid-market account executive. I give SalesLoft a four out of five. For more videos like this, click on the link below. So, we primarily use SalesLoft just as an engagement tool, so something is basic as just as a dialer to call other customers or prospects, and then as far as more advanced functionality, using it for cadences, for email campaigns and just providing us with a more efficient flow for calling these cadences. One of my favorite things about SalesLoft, which I didn't know about initially was just the integrated dialer within Salesforce. So, even though I think a lot of people use SalesLoft within its own window, that little dialer has a ton of functionality. So, it got to the point where I was pretty much using that dialer for shooting out emails, just interacting with customers without having to toggle between Salesforce and SalesLoft. So, that was personally my favorite part about it. The only thing that was a little bit... I wasn't involved from an implementation site, so it could have just been user error, but I did notice that sometimes some of the mapping from Salesforce to SalesLoft and vice versa kind of created some random information within certain fields, but that was the only thing that I recall not loving.
