The ability to customize profiles and the user interface is amazing. The PCR team is constantly updating the system and making it better with each update.
I have trouble customizing pages and sometimes it's hard for me to have a candidate change companies within the software.
We've been very pleased with our version of PCRecruiter. When we have issues, customer service is awesome.
The updates can cause a lot of slowdown and it can be a little frustrating.
Very good, they are getting better everyday. Great Staff, Trainers are improving since we first implemented.
Features submitted in the feature request forum are sometimes ignored for months on end, even when upvoted by multiple other users.
They have done a wonderful job on it and we are super excited to see how our applicants and team respond to the new technology.
We were advised to The solution is to re-authenticate often and is very frustrating.
Amazing customer support team that always developed new features as I suggested them. It felt like a true partnership and was an amazing value for the price.
We are no longer a member of Jobsoid because their platform was terrible.
The best feature of Jobsoid is that it is a very user friendly software. If there are any doubts, then they are resolved at the earliest.
Some slowness in the publication of the vacancy. Fear of candidates filling out a form on another site for them, for example, if the candidate moves from platform indeed.
Easiness of use, good customer support, easy to track, good metrics given, good pairing with our local regulation.
Mainly candidates that are not qualified apply and after a couple a days there are no applicants. The role wasn't anywhere in the middle of nowhere or a very specialized skill.
I have selected Jobsoid after comparing the deals available on the market, and I think it was a very good (and lucky decison) to go with them: I have a very good user experience since the start.
Generally the system is really clunky and difficult to navigate and very much orientated to an American audience.
Michelle: Hi, my name is Michelle. I'm a virtual assistant and blog writer. I give PCRecruiter a three-star rating. And if you want to see more videos like this, just click below. Before PCRecruiter, I was basically just doing cut and paste from LinkedIn. There was not time efficient. I was actually having to enter data into spreadsheets, and it was just long drawn-out process. My one client actually was a part of PCRecruiter, so that was when I first got into using it. It made it a lot easier to move data from LinkedIn into the database, capture resumes, those types of things, so that we could do the job that needed to be done. PCRecruiter was a little bit more difficult. There was an actual training session. A lot of information went through with it. The people were great, and they were always there to help, but there was so much information and not necessarily a lot of written down information to reference. So it was a little difficult to actually get in the swing of things. I think that PCRecruiter is a great up and coming way to capture information, especially for recruiters. I think that you need to make sure that the people that are going to use it actually have the time to do the training and do it right.
Frank B.: My name is Frank. I'm an executive vice president. We are in the technical recruiting industry and I rate Jobsoid five out of five. In the past, I've used many products which had many shortcomings. The biggest one being end user experience. We had three basic reasons to go to Jobsoid. Number one, cloud-based. Number two, it's ability to sync with our email packages, and number three, and most important, the end-user experience was excellent. Jobsoid was a simple product to integrate into our business because we had all our necessary requirements and everything set up ready to go, the transition to Jobsoid was simple and quick. We've used Jobsoid for a while now, and with our past experience with many other applicant tracking systems, if you're looking for a product that's easy and simple to use, and get your results immediately, then Jobsoid is the product that you want to take a serious look at.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
