SyteLine vs JobBOSS²: Which is a better fit?

The ability of this software to handle large organizational needs, integrate across departments, and produce quality reports is among the best I've seen.

Bad, The given partner was not capable of taking the company to go live. Once the complaint was brought to Infor and we discovered the partner had failed many implementations.

Developing and modifying existing reports is also a great asset to the software. Information that is needed is accessible and informative to make critical business decisions.

It highlights the wholes in your data, generally most problems come down to problems with users and data.

Perhaps the greatest asset of the tool is the APS functionality. Projecting accurate capable to ship dates to customers in a manufacturing environment is crucial.

Software has not running in live situation almost 1-2 years training, adjustment, problem solving, and etc. With this software price, its been the worst investment that our company made.

Syteline is a user friendly ERP solution with a good interface. The forms are self explanatory and easy to use.

Almost 2 years into this horrible excuse of accounting software I have ever used.

This was a good opportunity for me to recommend to the owners that is was time to change. I wanted software that was more user friendly, menu driven so it would be easy to learn, and more flexible.

Unfortunately, we have a terrible material database with poorly named materials. We would like to replace the badly named materials with new materials that make more sense.

Overall E2 has been a huge improvement for us that has allowed us to increased our profitability, improve quality control metrics, and improve our customer satisfaction.

The product appears to have severe legacy issues in terms of database design, which leads to what should should be unnecessary calls to support in order to clear up "dirty data" issues.

We are very happy with the system, and our customers like it as well, especially when we can tell them when they can get parts and what kind of lead times to expect.

The updates of information changes between modules is slow and can be frustrating.

We have been very happy with Shoptech Software, for providing the data we wanted and for the ease of use and the support has been great.

My one compliant is the inability to delete old/obsolete data.
