We serve all members involved in running, maintaining and living in a condo corporation, home owner's association and stratas. This includes property managers, security, board members, residents etc.
DoorLoop is used by property managers and owners to simplify and automate residential, commercial, affordable housing, and community association portfolios.
Since we have had CCC, our residents are very pleased at the improvements we have made in managing our condominium complex. Their customer service excellent.
Many of our owners are not all that tech savvy and find websites awkward and difficult to understand.
Permits good management with ease and a forum for residents as well, as well as excellent communication between management and residents.
It appears that the APP has functionality problems and people cannot always use a computer to access the site.
We have only been using the system for a few weeks but we are very excited about the package control and the communications ability of the software.
The only issue I have is a recent change has made inputting dates into vacation a little more difficult.
My experience dealing with CCC has been very good and the response time to queries has been excellent.

My only complaint about the software is that you cannot break down expenses by each individual apartments, only by main property.
The ease of use between multiple bank accounts is a lovely feature. Tracking expenses and i love the reports we can get from a click of the button, like the rent roll.
So some of the functionality is still being developed. That being said, I have yet to make a dev request and be told "no" - DoorLoop really listens to what is needed AND tries to understand why.

I'm using Condo Control apps to manage my residents such as owners or tenants profile. I'll register the new tenants and owners to Condo Control apps and sometimes I'll also use the app to help the residents to book the [inaudible 00:00:30]. So Condo Control is pretty easy to use. I can usually easy to find the button or the subject that I want in Condo Control. And then does have different selection. And the selection is very satisfied for my client. I think last month. So that's have some time condo Control apps have some fuzzy things, so it's automatically all the language, especially the selection, change it to the French, to the French and actually, I don't know, I don't know French. Therefore, I need to use the other translation app to see what is the English meaning about that.
Charlie: Hi, I'm Charlie. I'm broker and owner and property manager with Front Porch Properties here in Madison, Wisconsin. We're a small boutique property management. We handle single family short-term rentals, and then smaller multifamily portfolios. We would give Doorloop five out of five stars. We used a software platform that is online right now. We just felt that that platform didn't have all the tools integrated into one space, and then we thought that was what was really missing. And so that's why we took the opportunity to meet with Doorloop and have the conversation about, "Here's what we have that is what we think is wrong, what we'd like to fix in the future, and if we grow our company, how would Doorloop grow with us?" The ultimate reason we decided to go with Doorloop is because everything's in one platform, from managing tenant requests, handling applications that come in, and we can create specific ones on property, we can do all of our advertising, we can keep all of our files in one space. And I think one of the better things is from a income and reporting, to get all of our distribution and information to our ownership groups, but also, our tenants have a portal where they can use it and be very integrated to pay all their stuff online. So again, just everything seems to fit into one area, and that was really, really important to us. Onboarding Doorloop seemed to be very easy. They gave us some really nice instructions of how to pull information out of our old system, what it would look like... Basically onboarding all the information we needed for Doorloop. And then it was just some simple training. We went through their online academy, learned all of their steps, and anytime we've had any particular issues or stuff that we didn't know how to handle, they've been available to either chat with us or to jump on a call. Well, we recommend Doorloop highly to other people that are running property management companies, or if you're managing your own small portfolio of properties, we would say give Doorloop at least a chance. Look at their software, look what they're offering and see if it's right for you.
