Iterable vs MoonMail: Which is a better fit?

I like that it's incredibly easy to use. As opposed to a software like salesforce thats much less user friendly, iterable is super simple, but still lots of features.

The thing that frustrates my team the most with Iterable is the lack of consistency between functionality.

Overall it is a very good product with good support and with a good product road map it can be top of its class.

My main problem with Iterable is regarding its UX and usability. As an everyday user, I find Iterable hard to use as you need too many clicks to achieve anything you are doing.

I love that is cheap, its pricing is really good, it has a bunch of integrations, through zapier (which is free, but can require a paid plan depending on your usage).

We deleted a credit card from the website but it was still illegally charged. Multiple requests to cancel the account were denied.

The free plan is amazing and works perfectly like the other paid plans. A very good customer support, support answers questions within few minutes.

Well, one could argue that we are just considered Spam so maybe it's on us, right. Wrong: we received Mails from Moonmail promoting their own products.

It's super simple, the UX/UI is awesome, and the price is much more affordable than MailChimp.

The purpose of this tool is to send out mails that a user will receive in time to their mailbox. The messages should not end up in Spam.

I love being organized because I do multiple jobs , so having softwares like this that can handle email marketing in a quick and easy manner is great.

This software unfortunately continuously triggered our clients' spam and junk filters. When adding a hyperlink, Moonmail adds their trackers onto the link as well.
