Experity vs CareCloud: Which is a better fit?

Good for Urgent Care needs. Very good analytical software that helps to track all the key performance indicators.

Each time there is an update we seem to run into error issues (example: RX printers do not work / fee schedules "lost"). After hours extended support availability.

I really like DocuTAP because it is so user friendly and efficient. It's nice when working with patients to be able to quickly and easily enter their information.

The only deficiency I can attest to is sometimes it can lag, but what computer doesn't at times.

I have been using DocuTap for 4 years now and love, love, love this software and company. Extremely innovative, friendly, and just NICE.

Sadly, transition and cost to migrate AGAIN after 18 months is difficult and discouraging.

I like the ease of use and the ability for web-based usage. The support team at PV is amazing.

The lack of value based metrics for quality reporting for Medicare and other models payers are attempting to move to. Along the same lines reporting was limited.

CareCloud's EHR layout and design is super easy to use and was a clear winner for us as it didn't require back and forth keystrokes or clicks to enter charting for patients.

Ask as many questions as you can, and ask for a trial period of the system before getting stuck with a system you hate.

The program is user friendly which makes it easy for us to train new staff. The customer service is above outstanding.

Absolutely the worst billing company possible and I ahev used three so far, horrible off-shore service, restrictive contracts, extremely high rates, and zero feedback or flexibility.

I like the ease of use, the design is pleasing, and it's easy to navigate. The flexibility of inserting and moving sections, groups, findings is also a great benefit to charting.

First off, I never leave reviews and I am certainly not the kind to be negative. BUT, the staff all the way from management is horrible.

The software and the total service is awesome. I love their communication and willingness to grow and change with what their customers want.

Constantly cashes, poor tech support, very rudimentary program, uses antiquated software platform that is very unstable. Can't understand how they can survive as a company.
