Each time there is an update we seem to run into error issues (example: RX printers do not work / fee schedules "lost"). After hours extended support availability.
I really like DocuTAP because it is so user friendly and efficient. It's nice when working with patients to be able to quickly and easily enter their information.
The only deficiency I can attest to is sometimes it can lag, but what computer doesn't at times.
