Cloud-based video conferencing solution that assists SMBs and large enterprises with wireless media sharing, video system interoperability, screen sharing, and more.
All sizes of creative and marketing teams proofing digital and print media content, either internally or as an agency with clients. Huge productivity benefits for teams that use Adobe Creative Cloud.
I appreciate the free account option for those not fortunate enough to have a paid account. Once in, it's pretty easy to use & nice support features.
This software does glitch sometimes which sucks in the middle of a lecture when you miss information.
I like Zoom Meetings because of the great user experience. It's easy to navigate, there are always available meeting times, it's super intuitive.
The quality of videos, and microphone, sometimes it gets really bad when you're in a class or you're giving a class because this can distract the student and them could misunderstand the class.
It's easy to use, intuitive, integrates with everything I need, good support teams, plus the Breakout Rooms capability is awesome.
What I dislike is that when you first sign on to a meeting you are not connected to the audio, so if the person on the other end tries to talk to you, you feel awkward and have to explain.
It gets the job done and is the best solution that we have at the time being. However, may the lords help you if you do not have good internet.
I find the updates frustrating sometimes because there is no warning and as a result, I can't get into my meetings.
The customer service, quality of the product and experience, and value to our business is all fantastic. I fought hard to get the budget for GoProof and it's been worth every penny.
I dislike having to click through 3+ pages to do a task that should be easily available from the dashboard (maybe just a mass-archive button).
Customer Support has always been great. It product is easy to use and has been nice for my team.
There also seems to be a delay from when we upload a proof to when the reviewer gets the email. This can be difficult for time-sensitive projects.
I love that you can set deadlines for each draft and "nudge" a reviewer if they haven't completed their review. I love that we can retain our proofs within the system once it's signed-off.
Some users were frustrated by being locked out of proofs they wanted to review when another gatekeeper had already signed a job off.
The support team were amazing, always to hand to go through any problems or ideas we had. Rep was brilliant and very patient with us.
This could be user error and/or just part of our situation, as many of our project stakeholders are working away from the office and w/out a wifi connection.
Jose: My name is Jose. I'm an inside salesman for a top industrial distributor company for any sort of industrial parts, and I would rate Zoom Workplace five out of five. Besides Zoom Workplace, I don't think I've ever really used any other one. I've used FaceTime, Skype, but doesn't really compare to the capabilities Zoom Workplace has. The reason why we choose to stick with Zoom Workplace, it makes it really easy to do remote work. So just recently, we've implemented remote work and it just makes it really easy to communicate. You can mute people, you can type in the chat. Let's say you're on the go, you don't have to really be on the camera and you can even access it on your phone. So it just makes it really easy to communicate with the team and then just do remote work. I think it's really easy to get started with Zoom Workplace. You don't even really need an account to use it. It makes it easier to be able to log in and start meetings for next time, but if you want to make an account, you can make an account. You could start meetings. You could join meetings just based on a link. Pretty easy. Everything's there. You could just put help or it tells you whatever you need. And then it's just really easy. For anybody that's starting Zoom Workplace, I would recommend making an account with them just because it makes it easier for sometimes when you get sent a meeting and you don't have an account, you have to sign in again and again, or you have to join as a guest. And sometimes people don't know who you are, so they won't admit you into the meeting. If it just says, "Guest," nobody's going to admit somebody that says, "Guest," but if you put your name, make an account, then they know who you are and it makes it easier to access meetings. And then I would also recommend, basically, yeah, just make an account and then start meetings by yourself too. You can start meetings with friends. It doesn't really have to be for work, but with Zoom Workplace, it's great for work.
