Cloud-based video conferencing solution that assists SMBs and large enterprises with wireless media sharing, video system interoperability, screen sharing, and more.
Vonage Business Communications is a good option for small-, medium-, and enterprise-level businesses that need a scalable, easy-to-use VoIP platform with a wide array of solutions.
I appreciate the free account option for those not fortunate enough to have a paid account. Once in, it's pretty easy to use & nice support features.
This software does glitch sometimes which sucks in the middle of a lecture when you miss information.
I like Zoom Meetings because of the great user experience. It's easy to navigate, there are always available meeting times, it's super intuitive.
The quality of videos, and microphone, sometimes it gets really bad when you're in a class or you're giving a class because this can distract the student and them could misunderstand the class.
It's easy to use, intuitive, integrates with everything I need, good support teams, plus the Breakout Rooms capability is awesome.
What I dislike is that when you first sign on to a meeting you are not connected to the audio, so if the person on the other end tries to talk to you, you feel awkward and have to explain.
It gets the job done and is the best solution that we have at the time being. However, may the lords help you if you do not have good internet.
I find the updates frustrating sometimes because there is no warning and as a result, I can't get into my meetings.
What I love most about it is it's "Report" feature. It makes working so much fun as one can easily see and analyze their own growth with the help of different charts and graphs.
Their customer support team is really terrible to it's customers. They are rude when the customer does not understand the price quotes and they say it's either you pay that or no service(s).
It is very easy to use, great voice quality and for the price it is very good. For my business is the best option at a good price.
Latency and lag are a significant problem when answering office phone calls from home on mobile and a couple of times has been so frustrating that conversations had to be ended appologetically.
Customer service was very friendly and helpful with my questions. The equipment seems good too and at least the same or less cost than phone equipment with other services.
We stopped fighting with them on the bill each and every month as we were just ready to move on.
Great!!! I definitely recommend this software and even though it might seem a bit more expensive than others in the market, their quality is definitely worth it.
If something goes wrong your business Will be without phones for several days as you cannot get in contact with customer service immediately.
Jose: My name is Jose. I'm an inside salesman for a top industrial distributor company for any sort of industrial parts, and I would rate Zoom Workplace five out of five. Besides Zoom Workplace, I don't think I've ever really used any other one. I've used FaceTime, Skype, but doesn't really compare to the capabilities Zoom Workplace has. The reason why we choose to stick with Zoom Workplace, it makes it really easy to do remote work. So just recently, we've implemented remote work and it just makes it really easy to communicate. You can mute people, you can type in the chat. Let's say you're on the go, you don't have to really be on the camera and you can even access it on your phone. So it just makes it really easy to communicate with the team and then just do remote work. I think it's really easy to get started with Zoom Workplace. You don't even really need an account to use it. It makes it easier to be able to log in and start meetings for next time, but if you want to make an account, you can make an account. You could start meetings. You could join meetings just based on a link. Pretty easy. Everything's there. You could just put help or it tells you whatever you need. And then it's just really easy. For anybody that's starting Zoom Workplace, I would recommend making an account with them just because it makes it easier for sometimes when you get sent a meeting and you don't have an account, you have to sign in again and again, or you have to join as a guest. And sometimes people don't know who you are, so they won't admit you into the meeting. If it just says, "Guest," nobody's going to admit somebody that says, "Guest," but if you put your name, make an account, then they know who you are and it makes it easier to access meetings. And then I would also recommend, basically, yeah, just make an account and then start meetings by yourself too. You can start meetings with friends. It doesn't really have to be for work, but with Zoom Workplace, it's great for work.
Shawn B.: Hi, my name is Shawn, I'm an IT solutions architect, and I give a five for Vonage Business Solutions. For more videos like this and more reviews like this, click on the link below. So before using Vonage, we were using Cable Vision's homegrown system, I forget what the name was, but it would give you three or four lines, phone lines, and they would expect those phone lines to be tied down to phones, so if you ever moved from one location to the other, you'd have to call back and basically reprogram the phones. It wasn't working for us because our team was growing and a lot of the people would move around the office space and we would have to be on the phone somewhere very often, so that was one of the hurdles. One of the many reasons we went ahead with Vonage is because unlike traditional key line systems, where you would have to purchase a lot of the phone equipment and also the phone servers and put them in the back and then have somebody come in and build it and configure it, Vonage was in the cloud. So they will just ship you the phones, pre-programmed with your extension, with your name, and you could plug it anywhere in the network, just like a computer, and your phone would just be part of this internet PBX, so to speak. Initially, we never integrated or communicated with a voice-over IP service before, so the first time it was just a little, I would say, a little learning curve, but by the second or third phone, we just knew what had to be done and it was a breeze. And every time after that, we went up to about 11 phones or 11 extensions, and then after COVID, we scaled down to about six, but it was extremely easy. In fact, not only was it so great for us, we started selling Vonage Business Systems to a lot of our small business clients because we are in the IT space. So, very honestly, Vonage is a no-brainer. There isn't any upfront investment. There isn't a long turnover. I would suggest that anybody who is interested, whether it's a one man shop or a 50 man business, they could just pick up the phone, call Vonage and be they'll able to help them get a big company look, so it's really a no-brainer.
