Cloud-based video conferencing solution that assists SMBs and large enterprises with wireless media sharing, video system interoperability, screen sharing, and more.
We're helping thousands of schools and small businesses save time by making appointments scheduling as simple and effective as possible.
I appreciate the free account option for those not fortunate enough to have a paid account. Once in, it's pretty easy to use & nice support features.
This software does glitch sometimes which sucks in the middle of a lecture when you miss information.
I like Zoom Meetings because of the great user experience. It's easy to navigate, there are always available meeting times, it's super intuitive.
The quality of videos, and microphone, sometimes it gets really bad when you're in a class or you're giving a class because this can distract the student and them could misunderstand the class.
It's easy to use, intuitive, integrates with everything I need, good support teams, plus the Breakout Rooms capability is awesome.
What I dislike is that when you first sign on to a meeting you are not connected to the audio, so if the person on the other end tries to talk to you, you feel awkward and have to explain.
It gets the job done and is the best solution that we have at the time being. However, may the lords help you if you do not have good internet.
I find the updates frustrating sometimes because there is no warning and as a result, I can't get into my meetings.
I was so happy to stumble upon this awesome calendar that I have subscribed to, bookmarked, and told everyone about it.
If the other person didn't take the step of actually cancelling their presentation from their original booking, there was no way I could cancel and make the date reappear as available.
I was impressed with the ease of customization and really liked the Chrome extension that made it super simple for me to grab a link to a meeting for a messenger or email I was sending out.
Sharing a Google Calendar via its URL is ugly.
The developer has been super helpful and responsive to any questions, and also offered a super nice discount since we are a nonprofit organization. I highly recommend this product.
As a self-employed coach, I was desperate for something that would meet my needs and not have tons of useless features. After repeated bugs, I has settled for a budget of 40€ to find "the one.
Super great interface for both mobile and browser use. The available customizability makes it a tool that you can fit for virtually any use.
In order for me to decrease the time of the slot I would have to pay in full.
Jose: My name is Jose. I'm an inside salesman for a top industrial distributor company for any sort of industrial parts, and I would rate Zoom Workplace five out of five. Besides Zoom Workplace, I don't think I've ever really used any other one. I've used FaceTime, Skype, but doesn't really compare to the capabilities Zoom Workplace has. The reason why we choose to stick with Zoom Workplace, it makes it really easy to do remote work. So just recently, we've implemented remote work and it just makes it really easy to communicate. You can mute people, you can type in the chat. Let's say you're on the go, you don't have to really be on the camera and you can even access it on your phone. So it just makes it really easy to communicate with the team and then just do remote work. I think it's really easy to get started with Zoom Workplace. You don't even really need an account to use it. It makes it easier to be able to log in and start meetings for next time, but if you want to make an account, you can make an account. You could start meetings. You could join meetings just based on a link. Pretty easy. Everything's there. You could just put help or it tells you whatever you need. And then it's just really easy. For anybody that's starting Zoom Workplace, I would recommend making an account with them just because it makes it easier for sometimes when you get sent a meeting and you don't have an account, you have to sign in again and again, or you have to join as a guest. And sometimes people don't know who you are, so they won't admit you into the meeting. If it just says, "Guest," nobody's going to admit somebody that says, "Guest," but if you put your name, make an account, then they know who you are and it makes it easier to access meetings. And then I would also recommend, basically, yeah, just make an account and then start meetings by yourself too. You can start meetings with friends. It doesn't really have to be for work, but with Zoom Workplace, it's great for work.
Charron S.: My name's Charron, and I am a multimedia technician. I give Koalendar three out of five. For more on reviews, click down below. I switched from Acuity Scheduling, and with Acuity Scheduling I basically would do almost the same, or most of the same stuff I would do with Koalendar. Only thing different was the price, and also the durability of what I wanted to do. It's pretty interesting. I chose Koalendar, it was actually by a friendly accident. I was checking out some things on Google, looking for some Google Calendar information and stuff, and then I stumbled on Koalendar. Koalendar basically gave me the ability to not only set up for appointments that I normally do for my scheduling with... I do at Acuity, but it also allowed me to set up for integration with Zoom reviews. It also let me allow for consultations that I can do on Zoom or on Meets. It also made it easier where I can make my own booking page link so to put on my website. It was definitely easy to put Koalendar into my usual information of what I do for what I do in my business. Now, I don't have to... I may not have to be able to get everything set in to QuickBooks, to also Facebook, and Instagram, and all that stuff. I basically make it very simple and very direct. I just put up my booking page link. I set up with all my clients, and I'm able to, since we're now in a pandemic, I'm able still to talk to them online through Google Meets or through Zoom. I recommend you use Koalendar not only because it starts off with everything you need, but it also has a pro service that they put up for only 7.99. With 7.99, you basically get taken off all the watermarks Koalendar gets on it. You also get the Zoom integration, so now you can use it... If you have Zoom, you can use that. Then it also gives you several other items in the listing that work the same way if you got Acuity. And Acuity, if you didn't notice is almost $13 a month. So, you think about that from 8 to 13, you saving money, and that's a monthly fee if you want to go pro, or you can use for free.
