brightwheel vs Bloomz: Which is a better fit?

I been using this for quite sometimes already, and im loving it. Not only useful to my children for for my upcoming grand children.

File upload times are excessive. My tech director and early childhood director passed the app off to me (assistant principal) because they were sick of dealing with the horrid support team.

We love the costumer support and ease of product. Our teachers rave about the efficiency of it and our parents rave about the swift and easy communication.

I don't often get notifications for 15 - 20 minutes later. This can cause unnecessary stress when worried about whether they got picked up on time or if they need assistance.

It is visually helpful, effortless to navigate, and there are initial learning procedures that are one of the most awesome things I admire about this product.

The only thing that was sometimes frustrating was the messaging feature-sometimes we did not get an email notifying us there was a message and it would take a while to see and respond to it.

I cannot speak for the experience of the administrator as I only used this software as a user. However, overall I thought it useless.

Being in the area of Educational Management, Bloomz has really helped me for the time that I've used it, with great functionality and ease of use, I definitely recommend it.

I have had parents think that they are invited to the event and it gets confusing.

I love that my parents tell me how much they enjoy knowing what is happening in our classroom. I love being able to post student work, share picture and send reminders.

Finding the "turn notifications on" spot on the app was difficult. Even though it allowed me to turn them on during set up, it only turned on some of the notifications and not all of them.

I love the ease and privacy to be able to communicate with all the parents of my students. It is easy to send and receive messages without giving away my own number.

Bloomz will integrate everyone and highlights displayed as per classroom. If a notice is placed as an announcement it disappears after sometime so you cannot refer to the information again.
