The free tier is generous and clients really love the experience. The dashboard looks nice and helps me keep track of which documents haven't been signed.
The only con I've found is that the underlying text editor has been updated which has caused a loss of functionality.
I love the ease of creating new contracts from templates, of getting contracts signed electronically, and how easy it is now to see what's coming up for expiration. I also LOVE the customer service.
I consistently have problems with end users (other companies I send documents to) claiming they don't get the emails from Concord.

Hitting the ground running is what I like best about this software. I barely needed training as the ease of use on this software allows you to integrate into daily workflows as if it was always there.
This is one issue that is preventing wider adoption in my organisation. Editing template contracts in Concord does not support features lawyers are ordinarily accustomed to.
Software is great, works wonderful within in the company to get everyone's signature on documents with working remotely with ease.
Sometimes I don't receive the 'completed document' even though i have set as a reviewer when the process is created. It fails to go through the entire slow and gets 'stuck' at times.
I really like it and would highly recommend. As mentioned above, I think the marketing and brand recognition needs to be improved, but as a product, I think it works well for us as a business.
Sometimes the system just freezes then kicks you out and all the work is lost when logging back in.
