Medium, and enterprise businesses. Concord is used by legal, sales, procurement, HR, and virtually all other teams that work with contracts.
mFax is now Documo. Best for companies in regulated industries requiring a highly-reliable HIPAA, GLBA, SOX, and PCI compliant cloud solution with an easy-to-use and modern interface.
Start with the free version and just check it out for yourself. Great follow up from the team to help with any questions or concerns.
The only con I've found is that the underlying text editor has been updated which has caused a loss of functionality.
If you are looking for a software program that will give you a ton of features, reminders and all at a great price, this is perfect for you.
I consistently have problems with end users (other companies I send documents to) claiming they don't get the emails from Concord.
I love the ease of creating new contracts from templates, of getting contracts signed electronically, and how easy it is now to see what's coming up for expiration. I also LOVE the customer service.
We went from paper contracts to concord and it eliminated lost contracts and other problems related to that.
Hitting the ground running is what I like best about this software. I barely needed training as the ease of use on this software allows you to integrate into daily workflows as if it was always there.
This is one issue that is preventing wider adoption in my organisation. Editing template contracts in Concord does not support features lawyers are ordinarily accustomed to.
The ease of operation and clarity. For my very small operation I have found this to be not only the best value, but also the most intuitive package that I have used.
I wish pricing was more aggressive. The per pages pricing is dumb.
The most I have liked is the console management, the ease of use of the interface. The ease of management of multiple accounts and the excellent support.
Occasionally faxes will not go through, but this usually seems to be a problem on the receiving end.
This was easy to setup and I love how easy it is to use. Much, more user friendly than the service we had been using.
Sometimes there is a delay when receiving inbound faxes from customers.
MFax fit the bill for us and has fulfilled their promise of an excellent fax platform that works. Also, the continual addition of features has been a welcomed benefit.
The email is difficult to remember, especially since we used another service provider before for many years.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
