The only con I've found is that the underlying text editor has been updated which has caused a loss of functionality.

I love the ease of creating new contracts from templates, of getting contracts signed electronically, and how easy it is now to see what's coming up for expiration. I also LOVE the customer service.

I consistently have problems with end users (other companies I send documents to) claiming they don't get the emails from Concord.

If you are looking for a software program that will give you a ton of features, reminders and all at a great price, this is perfect for you.

We went from paper contracts to concord and it eliminated lost contracts and other problems related to that.

Hitting the ground running is what I like best about this software. I barely needed training as the ease of use on this software allows you to integrate into daily workflows as if it was always there.

This is one issue that is preventing wider adoption in my organisation. Editing template contracts in Concord does not support features lawyers are ordinarily accustomed to.

Ease of use, searching capabilities, high level of configuration, clean UI, intuitive workflows and visualizations, intelligent and dedicated support and implementation resources.

The only major feature we thought was missing they've already added during implementation.

The reporting functionality is outstanding. Since implementing Malbek, our understanding of our business and our ability to manage our client relationships has improved dramatically.

Most of the drawbacks I've experience are correctable based on administrative set-up and configuration. Thus, it is hard to identify actual cons to the applicable itself.

After working with Malbek for over 3 years, their team continue to impress me with their responsiveness. Everyone I have talked to has been friendly and knowledgeable with the program.

Missing an AI tool for contract automation (draft, review, analyse, suggest).

The staff that has helped me is amazing and I am very appreciative of their time and knowledge.

It is a separate platform for the company to use. However, we are not ready to connect it to our CRM as it is still being developed.
