Zebra BI vs Federal Compass: Which is a better fit?

Overall the experience so far is great. I've only really been utilising the free trials but things are good.

That there is no German version and no German documents.

Its powerful features, flexibility, and ease of use make it an indispensable asset for professionals working with business intelligence.

Sometimes performance problems. The design of the card visualization is sometimes striking.

Love the templates and additional visuals with great additional functionality.

Lack of development pipeline, material is more marketing focussed.

The simple to use apps can make the average user look like a superstar. Also, excellent resources, I enjoy taking part in the webinars.

Lack of bundle price for full suite. Some obvious bugs gets released.

I enjoy the daily opportunity updates. They have provided me insight on opportunities that I was not tracking.

Customer service is the worst that I have ever seen.

I have used several other paid federal databases, and this is my favorite. The user interface is intuitive and clean, it's super easy to set up reports and pipelines, and the training is top notch.

I believe FC should offer limited consulting services to get companies set up.

Federal Compass has the best customer service. They are responsive to needs and reach out routinely for meetings with their client representatives.

Great way to sort among all opportunities and focus on what matters.
