The pricing is great and works well for any size company. They have an excellent user support database, but also encourage you to ask questions any time you need help.
It is almost impossible for me to miss visits. If a backup sitter is assigned, I can see if the visits are being done in real time.

It would appear the scheduling aspect of the software is set up for an individual at specific times. Not such a big deal as you just have to override it but a bit of a pain when doing mass scheduling.
They really care about their clients productivity and seem to really care about what we want to see improved upon. They are always making things better and sometimes it's crazy good.
I really can’t think of a negative with the actual software. I think my only negative comment would be that I feel they need live customer service via phone and not just via email.
Their support and consulting are great and their product is continuing to improve. It doesn't have everything we want yet but we're getting there.

If you've ever worked with any sort of scheduling system, Time To Pet is fairly easy to get set up. They walk you through all of the steps one by one for getting your companies set up and helping customize every step of the profile that you may or may not want to use with your clients. If you're considering Time To Pet, I really recommend that you look into following through with it. There's so many other softwares where they offer most of what you're looking for, but then you still have to go with one or two other things to be able to finish up all of the processes and procedures. Time To Pet makes it really nice because it actually has everything you need all in one-stop. And that's all you really have to worry about.
