SocialPilot makes social media management effortless right from individuals to top brands and agencies across the globe
Facelift is for those who want to Publish Efficiently, Reply to All Messages and Analyse their Impact Across All Social Media Channels. Social Media Management Made Easy with facelift.
SocialPilot's customer support and their overall analytics turns SocialPilot into a super compelling offering. Their ability to dish out new features is just amazing.
Finally, I think that it is ridiculous that I can have access to curated content...and not be able to search for it. It's very cheap of social pilot to do that especially when I pay for it.
SocialPilot was recommended by a trusted friend. I like the ease of use and the fact that for a very reasonable price, I can post to 10 accounts.
Inability to maintain LinkedIn connection. Occasional errors in posting.
I loved the calendar view and the reliability of posting. I liked the suggested posts too.
We've had problems with the app on an iPad. Missing buttons, things not always working, and it doesn't rotate.
I love using Social Pilot for its incredible functionality, the number of features, powerful analytics and user interface which all make this platform the best on the market.
I had to pay 1 month without using their services. They don't analyze for Instagram.
As we are a big team, it was important to setup the toll correctly and the implementation team were fantastic in setting up the tool in a way that works with us.
No communication to customers about missing data or data problems.
The customer service is quite good and the datasecurity is one of the best on the market.
Bad data quality, constantly deteriorating. No adaptation to changes of changes in meta apis.
Overall, I am very happy with Facelift as a social media management tool and I would recommend it to others.
Often outages which led to the disruption of out team.
The software also includes a free trial, which made it possible for me to find out whether the mobile support it gives is any good (and yeah it is alright).
Unfortunately, many modules do not work at the team level. This means that the authorizations cannot be released for everyone and many functions cannot be used.
Jessica: Hi, so my name's Jessica. I'm a marketing director for a small business, which employs 10 to 20 people, and I would rate SocialPilot out of five at a solid four. Prior to using SocialPilot, I've used various different solutions, including Hootsuite, Later, Meta Business Suite, and obviously publishing directly on each of the platforms individually. I came to SocialPilot because it was really the only solution that I found that could do all of those four main platforms, so Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter really seamlessly across the whole lot. And it's saved a heap of time, and just from the admin side been so much easier. A handful of the reasons I chose SocialPilot. One was the pricing. I actually moved away from it and then I came back to it because I realized it was such good value for what I got through the platform. The ease of use. It's really, really easy to move posts around. You can do bulk uploads, so one of the reasons I use it is we do one post that we then move the timing around. So across all four platforms, there's one piece of content, but it's generated in different times, so that's really, really helpful. Obviously, you can schedule. I love the use of being able to do really professional-looking carousel posts on LinkedIn and Facebook through SocialPilot, which I haven't found a comparable on any other scheduling platform. Getting started with SocialPilot was really easy. There were some tutorials that I did, but pretty straightforward. Really simple. Nothing difficult. I found the customer service has improved over the time that I've been using it, so every time I've had an issue, of which there haven't been many, it's just really little suggestions for things that could be added, the team are really, really responsive and pretty much all of those have been addressed, which has been brilliant. Yeah, it's just easy to use. It's intuitive. It's simple. I've said that already, I think. And then, again, getting other team members to be able to use it. As soon as I was confident to use it, then rolling that out to others was really straightforward. So yeah, easy to use all round. Advice and recommendations for people looking to use SocialPilot is obviously, I really enjoy writing the content off the platform and then making sure that the final content is ready to post. There is a fabulous drafts feature, which is really good if you're collaborating with others, and to get approvals. I think my main recommendation is to make sure the sizing of your images is done prior to putting them into the platform, so you just have to add the alt tags, et cetera, so the whole process of making those posts live is really, really quick. But there are editing features within the platform now, which is a relatively new feature. But generally, just give it a go, try it out. I spend lots of time testing and making sure that things are coming through at the right time, and just make sure that you keep your accounts updated, so make sure you're logging in regularly so that they don't expire, and then you find that something hasn't posted to the platform because the account needs refreshing. And anytime you change a password, obviously you need to make sure you go in and reconnect the account so that all of the scheduled posts still go out as planned.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
