Training-Online vs Classroom: Which is a better fit?

What I like the most is that we can easily track completion of our training material. It has been a great tool since we do not have to create hand made reports or use sign off sheets like we used to.

At times it can be a bit difficult enrolling to lessons, sometimes there are glitches which stop you from enrolling.

Very easy to go back and retest section by section, and as you progress you can feel you have gained so much knowledge and before you know it you are ready for the final.

Frankly, the only thing I resented was having to update some information every class session, but that's on the school, not LMS.

Overall in our company, it works great since 90% of the training sessions still require a trainer to guide the learning session thus, confirming the knowledge has been effective.

I like that trainings are saved for you to come back and refresh your memory when needed. You can access your previous trainings and check results on completed assessments or training completions.

We are excited to launch, because we know that our courses will have a much more professional clean look compared to our old courses using a different LMS.

The interface design can become boring over time.

I like how easy it is for teachers to send information or activities to students. It's really easy to access and use.

The duration of the session is short so that you have to exit and re-enter it every 40 minutes or pay an amount of money for subscribing to this service.

My experience with classroom has been a very positive one, it has make learning during the pandemic easier to manage.

I don't like how for students it complicates things. They have a difficulty accessing the documents they have to, later, complete and submit.

The program itself is very user friendly. We're now able to keep track of all our data in one system instead of the multiple systems we were using before.
