BestoSys vs Harris CareTracker: Which is a better fit?

Helps me understand my practice and has many growth features which are practically useful. It's new feature of its integration with WHATS APP is amazing.

Their is no such cons, just managing the software through tablet and mobile is little limited.

It helps us in analysing the ups and downs, growth and depth of our business apart from being user friendly, unmatched customer service with an ample load of amazing features.

The least about the software is the internet. I think it should be offline.

I am using bestosys for last 2 years and found it very much helpful from patient to growth in practice. Best part of bestosys is their super fast support system.

More automation needed because of sheer size of the software which makes accessing each and every feature difficult.

Easy to use in daily practise. The print out of the whole treatment plan is impressive and helps in growth.

Atfirst we suffered some problems but now we are used to.

Its great for the money, tech support is awesome, working claims is a dream. Overall a great product.

We have been using the program since 12/01/2010 and we are all continually very frustrated.

Ease of use, fingerprint technology,versatility, great dashboard, reporting, will work when internet is down.

We have also had a problem with the program slowing down early in the morning and mid-day.

It is easy to find records, print and upload documents that are needed. You can make template, have favorites and save them for future use.

The customer support is incredibly difficult, the user interface is antiquated and buggy, there is frequent downtime, it is a massive difficult system and changes are very slow.

Easy to learn , easy functionality. Easy third party software integration , all managers and supervisors get to share the same dashboard.

Some things can get confusing at times with this software.
