David W.: My name's David. I'm a pastor. I give eSPACE a five out of five, and for more ratings like this, click below. Before eSPACE, we were managing work orders and work requests with Google Docs and Excel Spreadsheets, something along that line, and doing it with text and emails that would submit requests. And it was a mess, honestly. Just keeping those things organized and accountable through that system was a mess. eSPACE allows us to either text or email or telephone in requests that could be entered. It organizes those requests in a single list, single work order list. Allows us to prioritize them, to assign them. It allows us to track. If I submit a work order to the list, I can track it all the way to completion. Even as an individual church member or a member of our work team; I can track my request, I can see all of them. It's just a great tool for organizing work orders, and it does so much more. The startup with eSPACE wasn't terribly difficult. We did have to set some categories for the different work orders that we track, and eSPACE is a software that has so much more capability than just work order. So, it will grow as we become more comfortable with it. But the setup was relatively easy. The submission of work order tickets is very easy, and that's what we needed. I would highly recommend if you're considering eSPACE, they will give you a demo. They'll walk you through how it works. I would recommend starting small and working your way up. The first time we started with it, we started big and we saw some failures because our guys, it just overwhelmed them. It's a lot of information, and it overwhelmed our workers. And so, what we've seen success in is backing it down and taking it a step at a time and allowing them to become comfortable with the system, and then expanding it as we see fit, and it's just working great.
