Love all the different ways you can customize the program, Its great that it integrates with their other programs which saves valuable time. The program is straight forward that anyone can easily use.
The transition from program to program is confusing. For example, going from adding an event back to the calendar page is challenging.
I have really been happy with espace and it has worked great for a medium size church like ours. We can also grow into this even more.
I'm still new to the software so I can't really pick out anything as of yet. The one part I had trouble with is figuring out the 'route' a request takes once submitted.
The software does everything it is advertised to do and they are continually making improvements to make it even better. The customer support is awesome.
I have found the app to be slightly more difficult to navigate than the web-based version.
Having previously used an older version of Commusoft to upgrade to the latest version was a godsend. Everything is easier to find, and the system itself is nice and clean and fresh.
As a small business I unfortunately lost my engineer and was operating as a sole trader but Commusoft would not reduce the charge for one user and so had to pay for 2 users.
Reporting is a great tool to easily see what jobs our outstanding in order to keep on top of invoicing etc.
Nothing about this software is disliked by myself or our users.
It makes managing the process from enquiry to invoice and payment very easy. It helps us provide great customer service which is really important.
Card and account integration. Some of the certificates difficult to use.
If you have a bespoke request they are more than happy to work with you to implement this. Would highly recommend this package to anyone in this line of business.

Before eSPACE, we were managing work orders and work requests with Google Docs and Excel Spreadsheets, something along that line, and doing it with text and emails that would submit requests. And it was a mess, honestly. Just keeping those things organized and accountable through that system was a mess. eSPACE allows us to either text or email or telephone in requests that could be entered. It organizes those requests in a single list, single work order list. Allows us to prioritize them, to assign them. It allows us to track. If I submit a work order to the list, I can track it all the way to completion. Even as an individual church member or a member of our work team; I can track my request, I can see all of them. It's just a great tool for organizing work orders, and it does so much more. The startup with eSPACE wasn't terribly difficult. We did have to set some categories for the different work orders that we track, and eSPACE is a software that has so much more capability than just work order. So, it will grow as we become more comfortable with it. But the setup was relatively easy. The submission of work order tickets is very easy, and that's what we needed. I would highly recommend if you're considering eSPACE, they will give you a demo. They'll walk you through how it works. I would recommend starting small and working your way up. The first time we started with it, we started big and we saw some failures because our guys, it just overwhelmed them. It's a lot of information, and it overwhelmed our workers. And so, what we've seen success in is backing it down and taking it a step at a time and allowing them to become comfortable with the system, and then expanding it as we see fit, and it's just working great.
