The people behind the customer service are responsive and helpful so it's not just "software as a service. You get great support too.
The experience has been horrendous, we have raised several support tickets, they are ignored, be prepared to revert to a manual system which defeats the purpose of using EH.
It's simple and easy to use, which is good for a basic solution. Clients enjoy having a solution that costs very little and is easy to setup and use.
Some staff have trouble uploading their certifications, perhaps by incorrectly dating or using the wrong document format (e.g. Not PDF).
Even the free version is excellent. The ability to send electronic employment contracts is fantastic.
The integration between the two products - HR and payroll is awful.
In love how easy it is to use and customise to our needs. The customer support is also amazing.
The interface with Myob can sometimes be an issue, but the problem is more on the myob side.
Thanks to Concentrix letting me know about Advantage Club. What I like the most in Advantage Club is the Rewards, offers and benefits.
My anniversary does not appear there for some odd reason.
The platform has made it easy for me to find rewards and benefits that fit my interests and needs, and the community-building feature has helped me connect with colleagues from all around the world.
Error and technical issues can be experienced at times.
Features are very good like rewards, recognition, community building and FlexBen. It provides end to end solutions for employee engagement through exclusive rewards and privileges.
There is a little delayed of online transaction.
What I like the most about Advantage Club is that easy to use like transferring money thru gcash and even if I want to order a food from Grab.
I can’t think of and thing bad about using of advantage club.
William W.: Hey, my name is William. I'm an account executive. I would give Employment Hero a rating of three out of five. For more reviews, click the link below. So I use Employment Hero as a user to access my payroll. I use the benefits program, the discounts program as well, as well as managing all my HR information. So things like address, phone number, email address and the like for our HR department at work. So I've used, I mean, a number of different types of HR software over my career. In the past, it's been quite limited, right? You access your payroll. You get told how much you're getting paid and you get told when you're getting paid and you tell them where they're paying it to and that's fine. The thing I really like about in Employment Hero is it gives the user a lot more kind of benefits, for lack of a better term, in that you get your discounts, you get actual benefits. They've got the hero awards program and the like. So whereas my experience is most HR software is very driven towards the administrator and the company, Employment Hero feels like they build products for the user. So the thing that kind of makes Employment Hero so good is all of its utility. But unfortunately, I think that's also the reason it is challenging to use, which is you log into your dashboard and there's a lot of tools, a lot of areas you can access. There's a lot of utility to it. So if you want to go in and do something really basic, like you change bank account, want to update your bank details for your HR team, it can feel like it's actually really difficult to find where to put that information. So some of the things that are highlighted in that UX are areas like the hero awards program, their benefits program, which is wonderful, but it can feel like the basics of what you need from a payroll HR program are actually really difficult to find.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
