Having the ability to customize forms for digital signature is a great feature when you're already using dropbox. It is a seamless integration and nice for keeping track of paperwork.
Our employees wouldn't be able to open documents, I wouldn't be able to edit things, and there was just always something wrong. The wait time for fixes was anywhere form 2 minutes to 2 hours.
EverSign does excellent work with making agreement easy to sign electronically, and legal-binding. The wide range of functionalities is beautiful and makes this the best software in signing.
I felt what was missing is that it is unable to send the same document that needs more than two signatures from 2 different persons to the same email address.
I have found that it helps me be more efficient with my time. As as small business owner I do alot of tasks on my own and any time saved is a great assesst for me.
For example there's no scroll bar which can be tricky for those who are used to it. Also the page that appears after someone signs a document is irritating.
Cost vs. ability to do what I needed. Outstanding and quick customer support to help me even months later when I needed help with a couple of unique challenges.
Negative that you have to pay to have full membership access.
The integration options with other tools and platforms is great and the customer support is responsive and helpful.
They should better explain where to drag and drop Initial, and signature and date fieledds I am OCD hate when different pages have different locations of the initials.

Before using Dropbox Sign, I tried or considered RightSignature and DocuSign. In the end, I chose Dropbox Sign because it's the best compromise between price and features, and I think is probably one of the best softwares in terms of value for money. To us, extremely easy to integrate the software. Just a matter of signing up, and it will work for you straight away. I would recommend to just start using it and explore the features and all it has to offer. As I said, it's very easy to use it, to install, so there are no major skills required, just a little bit of understanding on how to place fields and how to send invitations, templates. But, it is again, very easy to get the hang of everything.

Before eversign, I was using DocuSign, which was a little bit more confusing to me in the aspect of the interface. And that's the reason why I switched over to eversign. The reasons I chose eversign was because they provided me with a free year-long full trial, and I liked the interface, how easy it is to connect my Dropbox to upload documents and then be able to send them off to anyone that needs to sign them, and very easy to use. And I've always had a great support with them, so I decided to keep working with them. Starting with eversign was extremely easy. I signed up in a few minutes, and within those same few minutes, I was uploading documents and getting them signed. Best recommendation that I can say for eversign is the ease of usability for the software. I highly recommend it for anyone that's looking to get various paperwork signed on a daily or monthly basis.
