Dropbox Sign is for leaders who believe requesting and sending agreements for signature should be a simple, secure, and integrated user experience for both senders and signers.
Education, government, construction, insurance, creative professionals, legal professionals, and IT departments
Dropbox sign has been incredibly easy to use, and has made my workday more seamless. I was so excited to see this offered and so happy I chose to use it.
This makes me fear that the entire electronic sign universe is a complete bamboozle to the unsuspecting who will blindly sign without reading.
I like that it is very cost effective and just as easy to use as the bigger names. I recommend this product for all companies that need contracts signed.
Poor Integration and Limited Team Control or overview.
It's been a great experience using HelloSign. My company was able to save money by switching to this platform and it has great usability.
Getting signatures for documents when clients do not want to leave home, or have the inability to print and send back.
Having the ability to customize forms for digital signature is a great feature when you're already using dropbox. It is a seamless integration and nice for keeping track of paperwork.
Our employees wouldn't be able to open documents, I wouldn't be able to edit things, and there was just always something wrong. The wait time for fixes was anywhere form 2 minutes to 2 hours.
I found this a useful tool for years and the fact that the free version fulfilled my needs was great.
This is the thing I HATE about the software. Either the file is massive, or the file size is smaller and the compression makes it look like crap.
I liked the ease and function ability of the program. It was easy to use for the most part and if you ever needed help with anything, customer service was amazing.
However, I do think it's a bit too expensive and as a freelancer, it is difficult to afford it.
I use it in my daily work in office because it helps me work easier with documents like pdf. It was so good and reliable.
The interface can be a bit confusing if you are not familiar with Adobe software.
The ability to collaborate easily is great for teams. I like the ability to create a form from most applications.
It consumes a lot of RAM, it does not have a free option and it is difficult to work with pdf texts because they are perceived as images.
Arianna W.: Hi, I am Arianna. I am the director and owner of Eos Dance School in London. I give Dropbox Sign a rating of four. Before using Dropbox Sign, I tried or considered RightSignature and DocuSign. In the end, I chose Dropbox Sign because it's the best compromise between price and features, and I think is probably one of the best softwares in terms of value for money. To us, extremely easy to integrate the software. Just a matter of signing up, and it will work for you straight away. I would recommend to just start using it and explore the features and all it has to offer. As I said, it's very easy to use it, to install, so there are no major skills required, just a little bit of understanding on how to place fields and how to send invitations, templates. But, it is again, very easy to get the hang of everything.
Bernhard: Hi, my name is Bernie and I'm a business and executive coach, and I work with business owners, executives in all different kinds of companies and their leadership teams, helping them to be more successful at what they do. And I like Acrobat DC. I give it a five rating. I've upgraded from an older version of Acrobat and of course the Acrobat Reader, but those are... And I've tried some other programs from time to time to try to work with sort of PDF files, but I find none of those have the functionality or certainly the ease of editing like Acrobat DC does. I have been using an older version of Adobe Acrobat, and the functionality just doesn't work. It didn't work for me anymore in terms of being able to print different things. So I love in the newer versions you have many more options for printing, like printing booklets and things like that. Also, the ease of editing text. Those were all cumbersome in the older versions. So it was very easy to get started with Acrobat DC. Downloaded it. It was very intuitive. I'd like how the upgrades are easier. Or the changes certainly from the older versions are much easier to find in the way they've laid out the menu structure. So I was up and running with using it very quickly. And I quickly noticed how you can now highlight the different fields and move things around. So it was much easier to get to know than I remember when I first started with the old one. It was fairly cumbersome to figure out in which menu you could do what kind of access, what sort of tools. It's very nicely laid out now and very easy to use. Yeah, I'd recommend everybody use it. I think PDF files are ubiquitous at this point. We're always getting them. We always need to go in and make some edits on them. And certainly the free reader, everybody has that, but it doesn't help you except to be able to read it. Also for creating forms, sometimes you can edit things when somebody else has given it to you that they want to give you information. But if you want to set that up, create your own forms to have other people fill in and just manipulating the documents that you're getting, creating new documents, I highly recommend it. I think it works very, very well.
