The ability to live chat and get a quick and friendly was so helpful. Overall great user experience.
When you have several projects with a lot of tasks it becomes hard to navigate. Collapsable menus sometimes make me miss a task because it's not displayed on the chart when it's collapsed.
Simple features like dependancies are handled elegantly, and advanced features like saving off benchmarks (prior states of the chart) for future comparisons are handled just as elegantly.
Resizing the charts is a pain and you can't even resize the tasks column. The way projects are listed in the left panel is also very difficult to read and navigate.
It's extremely flexible with how you can setup and track progress for all types of projects. I love the ability to share a public URL that has read only options for users to see real time progress.
It didn't recognize all the same categories so we had to input some stuff manually. Finally, their mobile app is basically useless.
It has helped us to improve our project management effectiveness to a great extent. User interface is super clear and easy to use, features are continuously added, and not the least useful ones.
It is also confusing how to invite and collaborate with other team members.
It's been super helpful to keep myself focused and devote the time I should each week to each project.
For me, the only downsides have occurred after user error. If you forget to start or stop the timer, it's rather difficult to edit your time within the app.
Clockify has been a great tool added to our toolbox for Customer Success. Being able to have an immediate overview with dashboards and reporting helps me lead my team effectively.
I didn't use it then, but when our time tracking software turned into a frustrating mess of lost time entries, slow loading, and mis-calculated weekly times, I gave it a shot.
Easy access, good fast performance to install and use, giving a good advantage to the user and the company.
The times of lost hours are gone. I have a clear overview and know with a couple of clicks how much time I spend on each project and even know what my client has to be charged.
Clockify is affordable, simple to set up, and straightforward to use. It has several fantastic reports that you can customize to be as detailed as you'd like.
We create web software for a living, and we were so confused by much of the reporting that we couldn't determine what accurate numbers would be.
Sam A.: Hi, my name's Sam. I'm a senior project manager in IT, and I give TeamGantt five out of five. And for more reviews like this, click below. Before using TeamGantt, we were using a mixture of Trello and then old school, Microsoft Excel for our timelines and [inaudible 00:00:20] charts. And that just was out of date and it wasn't working for us. Hence, the move to TeamGantt. Part of my role here was to do an extensive review of different options. And I took a good month to test and trial run different options for our project management. And I settled on TeamGantt because it's affordable, it's got a beautiful user interface, really colorful and clean, good use of the real estate on the screen. And it had a lot of settings and features, but they weren't cluttered. It was just a simple pleasure to use and really scalable and shareable for my team. So the onboarding was quick. So onboarding was really easy. I ran a few training sessions for my team and gave them all individual login so they could play around and get used to the features before we fully adopted it as a company and TeamGantt's customer service team were on call. We didn't really need them because it was so simple, but they have some built in training videos that was useful and it was helpful to know they were there when I did have one or two questions. So if you are looking for some project management software timeline, like TeamGantt, I recommend considering your scale, how many users do you want access and what level of authority and permissions? So in our case, we only needed two full access for authorization accounts and the rest of view only. And that might work for you, it might not, so you need to consider how many seats you're going to pay for in the account system and affordability with the features.
Speaker 1: Hello, my name is Diego I'm the CEO at Denta AI, and my five star rating for Clockify if five out of five. Okay, so at Denta AI, we do consultancy. We are quite straight out in terms of partnerships, so we have to keep track of the time allocation of each one of our partners, and also inside the organization, so we need a tool that allows us to keep track of our time dedication, and also, it's the basis for our billing and budgeting to our end clients. So what we love about Clockify is extreme ease of use. It's very, very streamlined in terms of keeping track of which task are you being working on and which task or project you have been devoting your time to. You can do it several ways, and so some people just do it at the end of the day and they just keep track of the time devoted to each task, and maybe copy paste from the day before and modify. Or you can do it online and you can make the computer clock it directly, or even you can let the app monitor your use of the computer and then add up the time to each task. You can do that at the client project or task level, which is very convenient. So what I see as small room for improvement is there are three levels you can keep track of your time. Those are client, project, and task, and sometimes you might get a bit misled or mixed up between the three levels. So maybe the app could do something in terms of clarifying or providing default behaviors for the things you most usually are repeating.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
