I often have trouble logging into the SBR, or into the usage data after I'm in the SBR. It is stressful because I am concerned that it won't work properly during the SBR with the customer.

CSS selection for hints can be tricky sometimes.
The customer service has been absolutely fantastic and even expedited the introduction of supporting group attributes for the checklists which has been a real godsend for us.
However, given the competitive pricing and the offerings of other products on the market, this remains a minor inconvenience.
