Stax vs Payment Depot: Which is a better fit?

Easy to use, intuitive, and comprehensive with information that matters to you. The thing I like the most about it is the ability to send customers a link to pay there invoice to there phone or email.

Reporting is poor, trying to get batch reports and data to reconcile with is horrible (multiple dates and devises are mixed together.). No body wants to work with you to solve problems.

The platform is intuitive and easy to use. The help is always there if you have a question and they are always pleasant to deal with.

BE VERY AWARE THIS COMPANY HAS LOW MORALS AND VERY UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY WORST ENEMY.

I have had an overall great experience with fattmerchant. Great customer and a great product.

I tried to cancel and they still charged me for 4-6 months after wards. Still battling to get a refund 7 months after the fact.

So, not only am I getting paid sooner, I am making more money because of Fattmerchant. Thanks so much for being a company that is pleasurable to work with.

Stay away from this unethical business. We are so sorry we did business with them.

I like the fact that there is a small but sufficient team dedicated to making sure you have great customer service. Everyone is fast and friendly.

Its horrible that you have to work with multiple portals when dealing with charges and chargebacks.

Website UI is a little confusing at first, a bit harsh on the eyes.

Great documentation, terrific customer service, low low low prices. It's my go-to for payment processing.

I hate being quoted a price and then the company adds on a bunch of hidden fees, contracts, requirements, etc.
