iSpring Learn's powerful capabilities and surprisingly low price are ideal to help SMEs grow and prosper.
But it provides great value, intuitive use, and a lot of excellent features, all backed by a great support team.
The most challenging, in my case, was the lack of formatting options provided.
I enjoyed the functionality and control the software provides. It is very user friendly and the integrations are pretty useful.
Inability to export course content authored in Bridge back out into some sort of usable format, which is a common trait of most LMS authoring tools I have seen.
Awesome app, works wonderfully in tracking adult learning courses. This system helps automating entire logistics of a robust training program.
Sometimes I get assigned a course by accident and can't get rid of the notifications that I'm "late" on completing something I shouldn't have to take in the first place.
Bridge is a great lms system and is very user friendly. They have a great customer service team and do a great job of following up when you have questions.
I have had an issue with SCORM files. When learners failed I had to manually reset the learner to allow them to retake the course.
I love the look and feel of the characters. The emotional meter is fun and helps set the tone for the lesson.
I struggle with the use of authoring tool, especially for develop quizzes, even after watching the tutorial video several times. I know I still have to learn.).
The customer service response is amazing and is very critical to me. Very often, I need a solution right away and the tech support have been very creative when helping find a solution.
Custom user profile fields limited (only list and email, no checkbox). No easy option to enable google/linked in SSO.
I wanted to give a particular mention to [sensitive content hidden] who has been an outstanding customer success lead throughout the process and made deployment an easy process.
So far, I can't say there's anything negative about iSpring Learn. It's been too easy to work with to say anything bad about it.
Easy to use and wonderful conversion from power point, with a lot of friendly features like animation and videos.
There are some facilities that apply for courses but no for Learning Paths, i.e Due Dates.
Lacey N.: I'm Lacey, and I'm an insurance agent. I would rate Bridge as a five out of five. For more information, click the link below. So before we used Bridge, we used a company called DYL Phone Services. The integration process with DYL was nowhere near what Bridge has to offer. It's one of the main points that we used, along with the capability to text our clients as well as provide e-signature requests. When we were looking at switching phone systems, we noticed that Bridge had a lot more to offer than most phone companies. And I think the biggest view that we really enjoy are the e-signature capabilities, texting our clients, video presentations, which is a very fun, new-age technology that we just love. We can video chat between agents that are working remotely and in office and lots of other things that just make this one of the best programs we've used. So getting started with Bridge, as most integrated processes go, was a little difficult. It does take some time as with other companies do. It was very standard timeframe getting set up as far as in comparison to other phone systems, so I would say that it was not any less difficult than any other phone system to set up. My advice to anyone that is starting with Bridge is to check out all of the resources and training links that the company has to offer. Their products are very thorough. They provide a lot more than what is just presented on the surface, so the more information you have about the program, the more use you're going to get out of that.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
