iSpring Learn vs Learnie: Which is a better fit?

I love the look and feel of the characters. The emotional meter is fun and helps set the tone for the lesson.

I struggle with the use of authoring tool, especially for develop quizzes, even after watching the tutorial video several times. I know I still have to learn.).

The customer service response is amazing and is very critical to me. Very often, I need a solution right away and the tech support have been very creative when helping find a solution.

Custom user profile fields limited (only list and email, no checkbox). No easy option to enable google/linked in SSO.

I wanted to give a particular mention to [sensitive content hidden] who has been an outstanding customer success lead throughout the process and made deployment an easy process.

So far, I can't say there's anything negative about iSpring Learn. It's been too easy to work with to say anything bad about it.

Easy to use and wonderful conversion from power point, with a lot of friendly features like animation and videos.

There are some facilities that apply for courses but no for Learning Paths, i.e Due Dates.

It's very easy to get started and tons of Learnies and documentation to read to set up your community. You have a team dedicated to helping you get started and to succeed.

For my IT work, I've used Learnie to document specific application issues (our web applications often require instructions when installing, and a User Guide is often too long and boring to read).
