Employees were very excited about the launch and all of the setup and training was definitely worth having a working system that our employees like to use.
Unfortunately, sometimes the files get lock, and changes get lost. As a workaround, we've started linking files on Office 365 to collaborate instead of having the files directly on the Intranet.
I have never had an issue with them and they are always responsive. There are so many options you can use with TF and I really like the ability to customize.
Centralise all our communications (we are a global company so this was very difficult before).
The flexibility of the platform, ease of use, straightforward admin controls, strong help documentation and excellent support team are all reasons we stick with Thoughtfarmer year after year.
I have very little criticism for the platform. If pressed, I'd say I'd like more consistent and more granular behavior in the text formatting controls on pages.
Active Directory integration is nice. The support team is fantastic to deal with; quick to respond and supplies plenty of information.
There is also not enough security built into the application framework itself.
I like the ability to customize my dashboard and the ability to collaborate with others on projects. The customer support is also excellent, and the help center is very helpful.
Too bad the vendor hasn’t yet incorporated offline access features on HulerHub.
It’s slick, and easy to make feel like it’s a part of your brand. It’s user friendly and provides us with one great place to feel part of the same environment.
There is a limitation in reporting as reports can't be exported easily. It lacks employee sirveying thus it's difficult to gather employment feedback.
It's easy to use, visually brilliant and it's constantly improving because the Huler team listening to their customers.
I have noticed some limitations when it comes to reporting and customization. My biggest complaint is that the reports cannot be exported or easily manipulated.
My overall experience is great this feature is great and easy to use time savier and best search engine to fine any software related to our need in huler hub.
Additionally, I find the labeling options for campaigns to be quite limited.
