And we've been using Referrizer now for the last few years, and it's definitely taken our business to the next level. I give Referrizer a five out of five. We looked at a few different operating systems to utilize other than Referrizer, and we've used several other services before, and ultimately we ended up canceling all those other ones for various reasons. One, some of them are too expensive, some of them were not intuitive enough. Others required you using other platforms in conjunction with this, so it was just overly complicated and wasn't fitting the criteria that we were looking for in a program such as that. We ended up choosing Referrizer because they didn't have any of the other issues that the other companies had. Referrizer very competitive rates, very intuitive and simple to use, and there's a lot of different resources along with it. We were able to get it to work with some of the other programs we already had such our check-in system that we used, our point of sale system in the store. So it's very intuitive, very easy to use, and you can really augment Referrizer and use that with any of the platforms you're already using. Working with Referrizer has been very simple. They've made everything very easy. They've got a great support team. They have upgraded subscription platforms for those that are interested as well. So again, you can customize it to the enth degree. I highly recommend using Referrizer. They just make the process very seamless. Anyone who's interested in using Referrizer, I would highly recommend utilizing it as another tool for your business. We've used it for so many different things. I'm putting together a campaign right now that will send out automated texts as well as emails for our New Year's specials. And again, very easy to set it up and we get great response from our customers with that. So it definitely pays for itself.
Ryan G.: Hi, my name is Ryan. I'm president of a technology consulting firm. We work primarily with mobility and transportation companies. I would give a rating for Mobiniti of five out of five. Prior to Mobiniti, I was using my cell phone and my Google voice number for SMS marketing, for text message marketing. Shortly after that, we switched to simple text or simple texting, and that was working fine. Just didn't have some of the features that we were looking for to create more engagement with our customer base. As we started using the system, we just started to hit different price tiers that weren't working for us, so I started doing a little bit of research. When I found Mobiniti, their sales and customer service team was very personable and responsive. The platform had a lot of features that we were not accustomed to, but that looked pretty interesting. Then they gave me a price model that allowed me a very affordable kind of long-term approach to our SMS marketing. For onboarding, it was actually pretty simple with SMS marketing. We pretty much took our list of active subscribers, and we were able to export it from our old system and then import it into Mobiniti. Really the main challenge is we're updating all of our marketing copy, whether it was on our website or inside of emails, or even in graphics, to reflect the new number. But, fortunately, we were able to keep all of the keywords that we were using at the time. As with a lot of technology providers, a lot of times it's not the features that are the problem, it's the customer service. If there's one thing that has stood out for me with Mobiniti has been their attentiveness, if I should say, to customer service. Their sales and the support process, and those teams are different, but I have had to have our account manager and our original sales rep occasionally get involved, especially during the implementation process, so you want to look at the customer service aspect of a lot of technology companies. That's one area where I think Mobiniti really stands out.
