The ability to download a mobile app and continue to text customers from your mobile phone without giving them your personal number is great. I cannot state how much of a asset that is.
We went back and forth with customer service a lot and they blamed our cell phone carrier, but our phone carrier confirmed messages were never reaching them.

And we've been using Referrizer now for the last few years, and it's definitely taken our business to the next level. I give Referrizer a five out of five. We looked at a few different operating systems to utilize other than Referrizer, and we've used several other services before, and ultimately we ended up canceling all those other ones for various reasons. One, some of them are too expensive, some of them were not intuitive enough. Others required you using other platforms in conjunction with this, so it was just overly complicated and wasn't fitting the criteria that we were looking for in a program such as that. We ended up choosing Referrizer because they didn't have any of the other issues that the other companies had. Referrizer very competitive rates, very intuitive and simple to use, and there's a lot of different resources along with it. We were able to get it to work with some of the other programs we already had such our check-in system that we used, our point of sale system in the store. So it's very intuitive, very easy to use, and you can really augment Referrizer and use that with any of the platforms you're already using. Working with Referrizer has been very simple. They've made everything very easy. They've got a great support team. They have upgraded subscription platforms for those that are interested as well. So again, you can customize it to the enth degree. I highly recommend using Referrizer. They just make the process very seamless. Anyone who's interested in using Referrizer, I would highly recommend utilizing it as another tool for your business. We've used it for so many different things. I'm putting together a campaign right now that will send out automated texts as well as emails for our New Year's specials. And again, very easy to set it up and we get great response from our customers with that. So it definitely pays for itself.

I feel that before we had Zipwhip, we lost a lot of business. Because it's the new thing. People do not want to talk on the phone, they want to text, they want to email. But texting is really big. Prior to Zipwhip, our company did not have any sort of texting capabilities, so Zipwhip was huge for us. It really created a lot of business for our company. So I was very excited for Zipwhip. The reason we chose to bring Zipwhip to our company is because we got a new database, and in that database, it had the capabilities of texting. They actually... Honestly, Tracker RMS is the one that pretty much, I think, you were integrated with. Zipwhip was integrated with Tracker, so it was one of our options. We had a couple of other options but we chose Tracker based on the price point and the fact that we really needed some sort of capabilities to reach our potential candidates that they would respond to, and texting was it. I felt that it was great. I think that that had a lot to do with the AI at Tracker and our tech team that got it all together. For me, it was very simple. That's probably just because I wasn't the one that actually did it. But as far as user-friendly, it's extremely user-friendly. I think the big thing would be is to do your research. Zipwhip really was awesome for us in the respect that we were able to make templates, and we're able to schedule textings for a later date. Things like that. I think the big thing is just really take a look at the pros and cons of each one. We found Zipwhip to be the best. I guess it really just depends on what you're using it for. But texting is texting. It's just really what are the capabilities that each different company has, and we felt that Zipwhip was the best for us due to the fact that we can make templates and it made texting really easy. We could send mass texts. Mass texting is huge for a company like us that needs to dial for dollars, kind of a thing. So that was a big one. I would probably say that the mass texting was the biggest thing for us.
