The best costumer service. You can always send an email requesting a call and they will call you at the time you have free to help and solve your issue with the software.
This makes me VERY nervous. As someone who relies 100% on virtual services for revenue for their business during the pandemic this creates a lot of frustration for my clients and for me.
We find the software pretty user friendly and if we do not know how to do something we the customer service and tech support is super helpful and knowledgeable.
The reports are limited and lack detail. The onboarding process and training was poor and not complete when we went live.
Great solution for our membership, ecommerce, class bookings and more. We are very happy with this software and the availability of support.
I just hate software in general. I'm not tech savvy, so this whole undertaking made me really nervous.
This company is amazing and is going to help me revolutionize our business. The onboarding process was seamless and the entire team was there for me every step of the way.
I had so many clients and employees complaining about the interface and functionality of WellnessLiving I bit the bullet anyways.
Ve had a very pleasant experience with true coach and have recommended it to many coaches. Many have also started using it because of this.
It can be hard if the payment is missed and the client is effected in the process.
I was very impressed by the awesome customer service and the speed on which they answered all of my questions.
I don't like that there is no progression feature and that you need to type in text for sets and steps. It leads to too many user errors.
True Coach is easy to use for both coach and client, with a very user friendly set up and a great visual for the coach to be able to see what their clients are doing and what they need going forward.
Desktop site is “clunky”, just a lot of scrolling and clicking and jumping after long wait times upon saving. No copying of partial days or drag and drop of single exercises between days.
TC has been a great tool AND group to work with - the team is incredibly responsive and the periodic updates to the software have been welcome (payments has been a huge plus).
Some of the programming features are missing, that would make it even more streamline.
Eric J.: My name is Eric. I'm the managing director and office manager for Body Basics Wellness Center in Reisterstown, Maryland. Our company is about one to 10 employees, and I would rate WellnessLiving a five. We currently use WellnessLiving as our CRM, which is our customer relationship database. It basically holds all of our customers. We book appointments, schedule appointments. We do all of our transactions through the application. We also are able to produce reports, track sales. We do marketing from it. Another of other features that we use internally, we're able to communicate with clients through email, through text message pretty seamlessly. We also use it to do marketing campaigns through social media as well as through email outlet. What else we use it for? We also use it for our reviews. Customer reviews are done in WellnessLiving similar to what they would do in a Google Review. So, we use all of those things on a day-to-day basis. The thing I like most about WellnessLiving is it's very user-friendly. It was easy to interface with it or integrate it into our current network. Not a lot of ramp-up time to get it really going in initial setup and implementation of it. The staff was very friendly, very patient, but also worked to expedite the process of getting us up to speed, so we could launch quicker than our anticipated date. I also liked the layout of the application. The functionality is very easy to learn. It's not cumbersome. The navigation around the site is pretty fluent. It's very flexible and it was easy for us to train our staff and for us to really learn it in a very quick time. The thing I dislike, or it's a little frustrating, is when you have some issues, maybe functionality or something else going on, there is a little difficulty getting a response quicker than you would like. So I know they're working on that, but that turnaround time can be a little bit frustrating, just waiting to hear back from the staff or the management there. So, that's been the most challenging thing. Again, I know they're working on it. They use a community form for you to put new issues and bring up current issues to see if other people have brought those issues forward, and you can look in that form to see if there's answers for your issues, but that's probably one of the most difficult things is reaching out to them and then taking a while for them... I say a while, but at least twenty-four, about forty-eight to seventy-two hours sometime, before you hear something back from them.
Lee-Ann: My name is Lee-Ann, I'm a personal trainer, and I give TrueCoach a five out of five rating. Before using TrueCoach, I did all of my client programming and tracking manually in a spreadsheet that I did on my laptop. And after a couple of years of managing everything and inputting all the data entry required manually, I just got burnt out and my client caseload started to increase and I just didn't have time. So when I was in search of an easier platform, I thought of first Trainerize, another product, and what made me decide to go with TrueCoach was because pretty much they offer two weeks free. And after the two weeks of using TrueCoach, I was sold. What made me decide to go with TrueCoach is because of the many options that I was able to do on the platform, on the software for my clients. For instance, I could upload all of my own personal video demos that I'd made for each individual client. I could also upload personal client greetings, video introductions that I kind of have for each client. I also liked the ability to chat with each of my clients while we're using TrueCoach software, so my clients have instant access to me whenever they're doing their workout, or if they have questions, concerns, we use the instant chat feature a lot. I also really enjoyed the fact that I could load my own metrics for my clients, because everybody is so different that for each client in TrueCoach, I'm able to have a set of variables or metrics that's unique to that client. For instance, could be the common weight measurements like hips, waist, arm, thigh, et cetera. But I also have athletic-based performance clients whose metrics are completely different. We're talking about one rep max, we're talking about how much weight they're pushing in the gym each week, and that was very helpful. Getting started with TrueCoach and bringing TrueCoach into my existing personal training business was easy. The first concern I had was, would it be an easy transition for my particular clients to get on board? And that was the game changer because it was super easy. A few of my clients are sometimes afraid of technology or afraid of doing anything online, especially my older clientele. And I was able to get them on board because it was as easy as just getting a link from each individual client, then logging in and getting started right away. If you are considering using TrueCoach, from my own personal experience, I wish I had started using TrueCoach years and years ago because I have realized and found out all of the time that I've saved by using TrueCoach versus doing my own stuff manually has just made my business efficient and freed up a lot of my time so that I could do other things while I work on my business. Also, the fact that with technology, sometimes you have ups and downs and every time I've reached out to TrueCoach customer service, they have an instant chat option for help. Or if you have questions or something funky has happened, I've always had immediate response. We've always come up with an immediate solution. So customer service was key because the folks at TrueCoach always reached out to me within a reasonable amount of time and were always able to help me through any kind of issues or questions that I had with using the software.
