Feel totally betrayed and ripped off by your company's policy to hide ad info from your clients so that you can boost charges for numbers you should have flagged and removed.

I like how we are able to easily schedule and connect auto text messaging and actions for our clients. This allows us to do deals and specials through our loyalty program with ease.

We just learned we have been double charged over and over for undeliverable numbers. So instead of clearing out undeliverable numbers, they keep sending and keep charging.

Overall our experience has been good and we enjoy using it.

I have wasted thousands and thousands of dollars at least with this company over past couple of years and the fact they hide that this is normal for their system is robbery.

Ease of use and easy to teach. SpringBig staff is always willing to help and train.

List management sucks and is blocked from the client.

The new development Tapmango has implemented over the last 6-8 months has been amazing. I'm super happy with all the features like review boost and ordering via app.

I've gotten a couple of complaints from people who are not even in my state, plus I've seen a bunch of bounce number (there is a reason, fake numbers). Too many bugs to know what is going on.

MY overall experience is awesome as my customers absolutely loves this product. Thank you TapMango for helping me look and be great to my customers.

Frustrating is beyond belief here. In fact, several emails were sent prior to me hitting the "do not return to this program ever" button signed frustrated.

We are better able to send specials/event information in an instant, and the program is very reliable. We love to reward our clients and feel that this is a great rewards system.

Customers don't have to opt in through a text message. As a result, I have found that most customers give fake numbers.

We love the reliability and easiness of the program. It helps us to advertise and better reward our clients.

However, it is not intuitive to the user and overwhelming and sometimes frustrating.
