Very fair pricing and simple to set up. The real-time updates in the GUI are impressive and there looks to be some rapid and useful development underway.
The Remote Desktop feature is missing the option for file transfers and chat but both are on the roadmap for future updates. The agent is currently only available for Windows.

I think some of the information can be hard to find, or you have to drill down. For example finding if a machine has low disk space.
There's a clear and comprehensive development roadmap and the up to 100 devices for free model is amazing - incredibly useful for small businesses and/or trialling the system.

The ease of use for deployment of the application to a laptop and or desktop is seamless. The dashboard is very easy to use and has useful information right on the main page.
I am shocked by the number of people that do not have any backup whatsoever, and even more shocked when their only backup is a manual "copy from here paste to there every 6 months.
CrashPlan is a great backup solution for any company. They provide extremely reliable backups and have a very easy interface.
There is no easy way to cancel. I had to keep disputing charges with my bank until they cut off my account.
CrashPlan gives me peace of mind, that my files are backed up somewhere safe. I evaluated other products, before choosing CrashPlan, and for me, CrashPlan was the winner for a couple of reasons.
Downloading files, viewing them, archiving and many other functions are impossible. Beyond that I was double charged two different times for two separate companies that I manage.
The settings are fairly granular, and the Customer Champions are super helpful with any questions on set up, or maintenance.
I no longer used it because the home user option was withdrawn and the small business pricing was prohibitive for a home user.
