Our participants were very impressed with the tool and many of them expressed interest in using the app in their future events. Finally, the Glisser team was wonderful to work with.
I think the training was difficult just rattled through it think it was difficult to assimilate all the info then do it and I struggled with time to getting it set upb.
I really like customizing my presentation to an audience and Glisser makes it fun. It is so great that audience can use either their phone or a computer.
We had some people struggle to logon, but this was due to problems with the host internet connection, not the product.
Pros: Intuitive, easy to use, innovative, exciting, amazing customer service, attention to detail.
The only issue we faced was the inability to embed videos through power point slides.
Love the ease of use, the features, Twitter Wall, analytics, and the seamless transitions from slides to video. Oh and the mobile device usage is awesome.
It was really difficult using this with children. They didn't understand the format of it the way they did with Kahoot.
This has been excellent and is perfect in getting better engagement with remote sites and saving on travel budgets.
Sometimes my clients struggling to join a meeting because they have to click through so many screen options and choices. It’s hard to walk them through that at times.
I like that I can use it to visually connect with my accounts in other states and do webinars. It is super helpful for building relationships.
At some point the software as a problem with handling various configs of I/O devices and this thing of your mic capturing other people's voices.
I lobe the fact that it can accommodate a whole lot of people especially when we hold virtual events. I also like the awesome audio and video conferencing quality.
When we ran video conferences and participants had a poor internet connection, to video/audio quality was extremely poor.
I love how easy it is to use bluejeans. My company uses this for our corporate calls with clients and it has been so reliable.
I don't like that the call in information is always the same. If you have calls back to back and one runs over or people join early, you will be joining the wrong call.
Speaker 1: Hi, I'm Jason I'm director of IT. I'm reviewing Bluejeans today. I give it a five star out of five. For more reviews like this, click below. Before using Bluejeans, I was a customer of Cisco WebEx. I was also a customer of Zoom. Once you use Bluejeans and you see the difference in quality, it's very difficult to go back. The reasons that it chose Bluejeans is when you hear the Adobe surround sound capability that's built in there, it just sort of blows you away. The quality is unsurpassed by any of the other products on the marketplace. Also, the resolution that you have through Bluejeans, you see everybody so crystal clear, compared to some of the other ones where you're sort of pixelated and it's not quite where it should be. Getting started with Bluejeans. It was a little bit of a learning curve because people are used to some other products over there. It's really going through sort of that training aspect. Getting the product up and running was pretty seamless. It integrates with a lot of the same equipment that we have now. We're able to really bring up the video in the conference rooms and in other areas quite easily. I'd say it was a really good experience getting onboarded. For others considering using Bluejeans, I would highly recommend you do a comparison between the different products, because once you really see how Bluejeans performs, as far as the video and the audio, there's really no going back from that. I think it's an excellent choice for whether you're a small or large business. It really helps elevate your collaboration to the next level.
