Marketers, HR professionals, trainers, salespeople, educators, internal communications, Learning & Development, event planners.
From internal communications professionals to team leaders, conference organizers, and individual presenters, Slido is used by anyone looking to enable open conversation at a live or virtual meeting.
Our participants were very impressed with the tool and many of them expressed interest in using the app in their future events. Finally, the Glisser team was wonderful to work with.
I think the training was difficult just rattled through it think it was difficult to assimilate all the info then do it and I struggled with time to getting it set upb.
I really like customizing my presentation to an audience and Glisser makes it fun. It is so great that audience can use either their phone or a computer.
We had some people struggle to logon, but this was due to problems with the host internet connection, not the product.
Pros: Intuitive, easy to use, innovative, exciting, amazing customer service, attention to detail.
The only issue we faced was the inability to embed videos through power point slides.
Love the ease of use, the features, Twitter Wall, analytics, and the seamless transitions from slides to video. Oh and the mobile device usage is awesome.
It was really difficult using this with children. They didn't understand the format of it the way they did with Kahoot.
Great for audience participation. Best part is the easy integration with Powerpoint for presentations.
There were a couple of instances where there was a delay in clicking results and them displaying.
Using Slido had allowed me to conduct quick online polling and voting with my classes over the years to help students get a better sense of their strengths and skills they look forward to improving.
Since the function to embed in the powerpoint has become available, I don't have any complaints. It used to be annoying to have to toggle between screens but that is gone now.
M pleased with it - it’s good fit a variety of functions - easy to use and interactivity is so important.
Anonymity allows people to troll and ask questions that can be challenging to answer, for all to see. No way to 'close the loop' automatically for unanswered questions.
It's nice to use and reliable, comfortable and without hesitation for me over all one hundred percent.
It has cured the anxiety that comes with asking any kind of question in the midst of people. It has also significantly affected our trainings at the office.
Guy G.: Hi, my name's Guy. I am the director of a small consultancy company, and I would give Slido five out of five. We've used a few different tools prior to Slido. Kahoot would be one of them. Kahoot's great for quizzes. The thing with Slido, I think it's a lot more dynamic in terms of getting word clouds, and there's lots of different ways of getting some great audience interaction, which is what I find so great about it. So we chose Slido because it's really easy to implement and get started on. I mean, I'm pretty into software and stuff, but actually anyone could get it and start using it pretty quickly. It's just all those different options that you can use to keep your audiences engaged. Getting started with Slido, super easy. You can either sign on with your Google account or set up your own password. And actually, you get loads of hints and tips from the guys at Slido across email to get you onboarded correctly, either as part of the journey, if you want to follow that kind of traditional journey or there's specific routes that you can take depending on your needs. If you're thinking of getting Slido for your company, I would recommend the big one is testing it out. Don't test it out day one on a big audience or any kind of audience, but try it. Play with it in the office. Get two or three people with mobile phones or whatever devices to join in so that you really see how it works in a test environment before you take it to your big audience presentation.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
