Riskified vs Sift: Which is a better fit?

The overall experience has been successful and easy, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

Because of the way the filtering is set it is sometimes hard to get it just right so that you are not denying legit orders but still catching the fraud.

Their customer support is great and helpful in many ways. The integration process is fairly seamless.

Capture more legitimate sales without frustrating customers by having fraud filtering turned way up.

I like that it was a pretty simple integration. The Riskified controls we are able to implement for order filtering were very helpful and set up for us by the Riskified implementation team.

Sometimes with fraud declines I wish that Riskified provided some more information or insight into their decision making process.

It links into Shopify which we like so it does its thing seamlessly. It is a very valuable service in verifying our purchases.

Overall I believe there is a slight learning curve with Riskified, but it's not steep enough to be deterred away from the product, and their portal makes working with fraud enjoyable.

The software is helpful in guiding us for how to best respond.

Some features didn't work. I wanted to get an email alert every time a Chargeback alert came in but every time I tried I got an error.

I like the ability to track Chargeback Agent interactions and have reporting.

Lots of dupes, poor dashboards, no definition of key terms.

Our win rate has improved and we are able to postpone adding headcount because of the speed with which the existing team can respond to disputes.

Its a little more than some of the products out there- but you get what you pay for.

Overall, the product is good. It continues to evolve and I look forward to more features being added.

It is a bit tricky to use. There are so many options and so much to discover it can be a little bit overwhelming.
